Does anyone know if Child Protective Services is checking in on HR's 8-month old child? I don't know what the protocol is regarding child abuse, but if Mom's being charged with neglect, shouldn't SOMEONE be checking in on any new kids??
I am just horrified at the thought that she has another child and is living with another boyfriend.

Is it wrong that I hope this jackal gets "Dahmered" in prison?

If I saw him beat that poor baby with a cord I'd strangle him with it.

I call BS on that. Remember the doctor said she had wounds and injuries all over her body, some healing over, pussy and infected. Dentist said bite injuries were at all stages of time too. Some fresh, some older.

Hope the transcript from THIS trial can be used in her own.

Oh, it can, nurse, as far as I know.... It's sworn testimony... In the retrial (hung jury) of Jason Young, all of his testimony from when he took the stand in his first trial, was entered into evidence by the prosecution. He was convicted at retrial without ever saying a word.

Well, her attys better be working on a way to prove that one -- I don't think Teghan was conscious very many of those days. More BS.

I don't believe a word she says. :furious: Feeling sick that she has a new baby, it hasn't even been that long since this all happened. I realize that everyone is different, but HOW can she be over what has happened enough to move on so quick and have another baby!? I've been through MUCH less trauma than this around 2 years ago and I still haven't been well enough to move on in certain areas of my own life. :shakehead:

IMO MOO and all that.

Everybody failed this poor child. Her mother knew she was leaving her baby with an abusive . Maw maw & Paw paw knew their violent grandson was keeping a tiny little girl locked up in a shed on their property. They knew she wasn't bathed or cared for properly. Maw maw saw poop outside the shack door. Maw maw heard her whimpering inside the shed and then says "I never went back to check on her again."

:twocents::twocents: :twocents: :twocents:Legal eagles visiting my office (in another State, however) said Y E S!!!

Especially IF she chooses to testify in her own trial (it would be treated like a deposition to challenge her veracity under oath at her trial) but if she chooses NOT to testify, it can be used as part of the opening/closing statements. It can be used additionally to shore up other witnesses who testify in HER trial. She's really "playing with fire" since she does NOT have a plea deal (but one ADA here thought maybe she's NOT charged with anything "higher" so she WOULD testify against JR)

BTW: the "poor" prosecutors "visiting" walked in on my bombastic rant against these cases being plea bargained! LOL :blushing::blushing:
