Sort of OT but I wonder where was his money coming from to buy all this stuff much less put gas in the truck. Was g-ma funding the cover up as well?

I wouldn't be surprised if the new mattress was found still in the box and he didn't have time to change them out. He probably got the new one to cover what he did but when he git back home realized how badly she was injured.

This one is affecting me, folks. I don't know if I can follow through to the end. I have a friend who was told to take her 6 year old son home on hospice around the same time this trial started. They gave him 2 to 4 weeks, so the end is near.

Such a stark contrast. My friend and her family and friends have been fighting to cure her little guy since he was diagnosed with cancer at 2. Fund raisers, bone marrow transplants, chemo, months of hospital stays. Anf Teghan's mother couldn't even be bothered to keep her perfectly healthy child alive.

My heart is broken for both of these little angels who endured so much in their short, painful lives. It's so unfair.

Not to minimize what your friend's baby suffers but at least he knows true love. Poor Teghan never did. This case has induced so many emotions from me ...

I was reading some here last night and my husband happened to look over my shoulder as I was going through the pages. He saw some of the photos of Teghan and mentioned 'what a sweet little girl she was' & 'how anybody could hurt that sweet child.......' <shakes head> It takes a special kind of evil, IMO. To lose ones temper and strike out in anger once, is perhaps understandable. Not *acceptable* but at least understandable. But to continue to torture and injure......
