Prolly because he tied her down, or against the wall, or wth ever & she moved to dodge whatever or she fell down -- this was prolly during the first of those days -- before she became unable to try to defend herself. I'm letting myself think that her brain was so damaged -- early on -- that she became unresponsive/unconscious. Oh, I hope she did.

I'm crying again, this case is just so damn hard to follow....
