The obvious emotion from the Prosecuting Attorney is killing me... you can hear in his voice how difficult this has been.

I'm thinking less than an hour of deliberations.

saying that defense opening statement mentioned he had no experience with children or taking care of them and promised to show that the defendant did not know what he was doing was wrong

their own expert testified that he was just a little bit irritable yet nothing that she saw lessened his culpability and that he knew right from wrong

aks them not to be distracted by the defense... need to focus on the ten days. Defense expert was cherry picking and only taking the defendants' version and ignored all the other evidence. asks the jury to think about that

says as long as the murder was in continuation with a series of events it is a chain of events and part of that transaction and asks the jury not to be confused by what the defense will say as these events are not separate.

So did I understand right, the judge asked the defense who would be speaking first and that guy said he'd take about 45 minutes, judge says after that they'll break for early lunch, come back early? Couldn't hear much from the prosecution except he was talking about wanting to finish arguments today and they could go past 4:30?
