break before last part of pa CA 15 min break (1440-ish)

kidnapping can be holding someone against their will (don't forget the video)

Yes, nurse -- in NC anyway -- I've seen it charged in a case of armed robbery -- like in a quick-shop place, or an office, etc. The victims are not tied up or physically pinned down, they are held under the threat of a weapon.

JR has has hands over his mouth

  • #344
Hardest thing I've ever had to listen to

  • #345
What an emotionally exhausting day! Great closing statements by the prosecution but they left me completely drained.

I wonder if Teghan was wearing any bandaids when in the ER.

I mean why does it matter if he broke the sequence of not... Band aids were not going to save her. Jr is a moron.

fractures 4-7 days old with no calcification.. restrained to extent that he broke her arms

This piece of &hit doesn't deserve to be killed. He should be taped up, thrown in a corner outside and left to die. This is the worst I have ever heard of. How can he sit there? He needs a beating beyond words. Rot in He((.

Whenever I think I have just heard about the worst case of assault on a child, another comes along to take that place. I cannot fathom how this person could manage to do so many cruel and abhorent acts on one small child. I am so appalled, disgusted....there are no words that adequately describe such evil.

I wasn't able to listen in earlier at work but I did read a little here and there. I've been watching the last half hour. Even knowing all we knew hearing it is horrifying! Knowing Teghan had to LIVE it hurts my heart. Seeing that disgusting, vile, filth sitting there makes me want to scream!

Quick thank you to nurse, and everyone else for transcribing and just being here.

gram is back in her seat now She walked out earlier when prosecution showed the damage to Teghan's hymen and labia due to whipping with electrical cord's exposed wire explaining how her legs had to have been held apart for the damage to be done

I feel so sick inside.

Were the jurors crying?

Yes. And the mud slide in Washington and train derailment in Chicago and MH370 news has just left me emotionally numb now.

I guess we'd have to tweet Heather, but I'm kind of afraid to bother her.

demeanor in hospital: just like he is sitting right here (re: no reaction)

  • #358
said he got up ran down the hallway and got to the door (a guilty flee but no one is persuing him at this point)

  • #359
nurse took off after him even tho he had a head start and she chased him down. he could not get out of the door because of the door lock/button

Gawd you can see her in the hospital on the monitor.
I may switch back to WRAL just showing Pros.

That jury should all have mandated therapy paid for by the Creechs (NOT the state).
