Presumed Located NC - Terrance O'Bryan Johnson, 26, Winston-Salem, 31 July 2018 *Silver Alert*

Terrance O'Bryan Johnson, 26, was reported missing Tuesday afternoon and has dementia or another cognitive impairment. He checked himself into Wake Forest Baptist Medical Center on July 19 for a mental evaluation and hasn't been heard from since.

Johnson is a black man, 5 feet 8 inches tall, 185 pounds, has 2 inch twists, brown eyes and was last seen wearing a white shirt and black shorts. He also has several tattoos, including the letters "T" and "J" on each hand, the word "Blessed" on his chest and tribal rings around his biceps.

He was last seen driving a white 2016 Hyundai Accent with the N.C. license plate of DHS-4974.

These hospital missing cases always puzzle me.

And also - I read *twists* as *wrists* and thought it such an odd identifier. "Hey, aren't you the guy in that missing poster? Wait...let me measure your wrist."
