I have not been paying attention as closely as I usually do so I may be wrong but it seems like on some of the evidence they are giving the results or findings and on some they are not?? Is that your take? If I am confused I'm afraid the jury may be as well. I hope the ADA has a way of bringing all of this back together in a cohesive fashion, easy to understand, before it's all said and done.

Gosh, I'm complaining a lot but instead of just saying Item 13 I wish they would identify the item--such as Item 13, DNA sample taken from JA's shirt, etc. I am not thrilled with anything about this trial so far.

blood on shorts - multiple source - Definitely Janet - the rest is a weak profile that does not eliminate Raven.
DOOR FRAME in CAR - JANET!!!!
Master bath - partial profile. 5 areas come up - determined to be FEMALE DNA
office wall - Janet's blood
desk door - Janet's blood
desk splatter - Janet
item 25-3 - vaginal swab - Janet's........... and Raven cannot be excluded
25-13 - Janet hand - mixture - Janet and possibly Raven - not positively - cannot exclude
27-1 and 2 Raven's DNA

That was my take but I am not 100 percent on any of it. The manner in which this very important testimony is being handled has been terribly confusing.

My take, at the end of the week thus far, is there is no case, no hard evidence against Raven Abaroa. My heart is sinking.
