good morning all. I was so hoping for some good news this AM about Zahra.

tl - I have to say about my DS being a gamer. He does not play in these virtual worlds/reality type games at all. He's an ole X-box gamer. While he does like the role playing games - its mostly the "shoot 'em up" games (that's what I call them).

While he was obsessive with them before joining the army - since he's been out he does not play near as much. He works a full time job, has a "real" life and is quite well adjusted. He does not have any children nor is he married - but he does have a serious relationship with his girlfriend.

I think he kinda "outgrew" his obsessiveness with them and now they are just something he does for entertainment. He even recently sold off a bunch of his games because he doesn't play as much as he used to. I'm guess I'm just lucky - or he's just a normal average 20-something kid.

AF's my space page calls herself goth. It was not private before but it is now. However, the URL still includes her name as "gothic babe" . The background and images were the same "style" as her mothers.

And wasn't it her daughter BS who claimed to have "kicked her a&%" a couple of times and was possibly responsible for that black eye she was sporting in the doctor's office picture?

So the two daughters do seem to have had some influence by their mother's choices and lifestyle.

I was away for 3 days so missed a lot while I was gone. I read a post last night about EB's true age and it was in question. I never saw the answer though.

So my question is ... how old is she?

I always thought she looked older than 42.

I am 48yo and she looks old enough to be MY mama, but acts like she is my daughter's age (20s). Ugh...it's the meth, or whatever her substance du jour is. MOO

That's great to hear that he is self disciplined when it comes to gaming, and values his real life more. My son's grew out of that too when they hit 20. Call of Duty, Halo... ect.

Gaming can be consuming and addicting to the point of obsession for sure. It's my opinion to why Zahra was ignored and neglected in this case. Also, it's been said these people are addicted to drugs.. so I'd think that an addictive personality type person, could certainly become addicted to the Internet and gaming as well--to the point of stealing and frequently being unemployed. JMHO

Morning everyone, just some thoughts. I believe the term to look for regarding AB is blunted affect.

I would like to see more press interviews "video" of AB especially asking his whereabouts for the whole week prior to Zahra going missing.

I'd also like to know if he has visited his wife while she's in jail? If not, I think it should be encouraged. <s>

I LOVE 3-D! You enjoy it in movies and on TV programming nearly everyday.

I'm an older member of Palace software and did my share of visiting virtual palaces across the world.

He refers to EB as AB's "ex" wife. Says Zahra can come home and not be afraid of her anymore. I do really think AY and his girlfriend are supporting AB and he is likely staying with them. How weird is that?

Thanks, Peliman. Thats exactly what I was trying to attribute to his possible long-term grief re: Zahra. Grief over a lost child feels just like that. Its interesting that this particular site points out the cultural perspective, which may be part of what is lost in trying to wrap one's head around AB.

I'm getting the impression that Zahra's mother might have been quite young when she had her and that's why she "walked away". Some of the people defending her seem to be rather "youngish". JMO

Yes, I saw that and I agree that it seems the most likely place that AB is staying. Actually it seems most if not ALL of EB''s family is standing beside AB right now.

The video on you tube that AY posted has me raising my eyebrows as well. From his own accounts there has been no contact with EB.

Interesting, it also mentions that she was wearing flip-flops. From what I've read in the news reports- she was supposedly last seen sleeping. Who wears flip-flops to bed?!:waitasec:

Also that poster lists her as "claire" as in, "Claire was last seen outside her home..." So hinky.

I also noticed that it said she was wearing flipflops? Can you do this with a prosthetic leg? Wouldn't they be hard to keep on without any flexibility in the foot?

So now I'm really confused. EB was claiming that she was there on the Saturday? She was seen awake at home and she was outside fully dressed in a t-shirt, tights and flipflops on a Saturday and yet no one had ever seen her at that house or saw her outside that day?
