Frankly, anyone who hurts a child, or is involved in the hurting/homicide/kidnapping of a child is a huge risk to the community.

Somewhat unrelated to Zahra's case: I really wish there was a law that violent criminals/sex offenders are automatically DENIED bail after commiting their first violent act (when there is suffiencient evidence to prove they are involved, such as witnesses, victims story, photo/video, caught in the act, etc.)

Amber Fairchild told the Judge EB received 10k from a man in London.

from your link:

Amber Fairchild told the judge that Baker told her she wanted to leave the state during a recent jail visit. Fairchild also said her mother had gotten $10,000 from a man in London who she chats with online.:

The judge ruled that Baker was a flight risk and a risk to the community. He said that Baker must wear an electronic monitoring bracelet if she makes bond.

Baker is also scheduled to have a second court appearance later Wednesday in Burke County, where she faces larceny charges unrelated to Zahra's case.

aker's attorneys filed motions Monday to have her bond on the obstruction of justice charge reduced from the original $40,000. Prosecutors on Wednesday argued instead that her bond should be raised to $100,000.

The increase in the bond on her the obstruction of justice charge brings her total bond to more than $97,000 on all of the charges.

If she is released on bond, Baker will have to be on electronic monitoring and will have a curfew.

Thank god for AF! It's nice to know her own daughter is not going to cover for her.

My thoughts as well. I dont recall seeing any comments from AF before. She would probably be an excellent source of information for LE.

I thought EVIL.

That too!

I am just floored this woman is supposed to be 42 years old. She doesn't look like any 42 year old I know.

Looking at that picture, tehcloser, all I can think is: what dark secrets lurk behind that face??

Give it up, EB! Tell us what happened to Zahra!

I wonder if she used Zahra as an excuse to get the alleged $10,000 from that fellow online...

It's very clear that Elisa is not a truthful individual and perhaps Elisa lied to her daughter about the $10,000.00. It doesn't even make sense to me that someone would send someone $10,000.00; maybe a few bucks, but $10,000.00?

Now the info about leaving the state if Elisa is bonded out can be verified through jailhouse recordings.

I guess Elisa is not going to accept anymore visits from her daughter.

Really! Heck, I'm 45, and my 75 yr old mother-in-law looks better than EB!

Why didn't her London suitor just come on over and bail her out then? Where did she get this info from...her lawyer? Or maybe just in her make believe world in her head?
