ABs boss would have to know wether or not Z moved in there with them, and he must have known what went on in that house,he must know a lot more than we do at this time.

you cant just go in and take what you want and they're pretty much monitored, I know ours is here in backwoods NC.
They watch you dump and watch what you dump.
I think the dump they are searching in is mainly a dump that gets used for regular dump trucks, not private,take your trash to the dump type of dump.

At our dump, all the mattresses are seperated and many are stacked on top of each other. You can drive right up to the piles of fridges, mattresses, tires, etc. They are in seperate places on the ground away from the bagged garbage and compost. But you still wouldn't use one in your house after it was left in the elements especially with the bed bug issue.

BUT... if EB acted alone, she would have had to had gotten a mattress on her own while AB was at work. So she'd have to remove the old one and get a new one in place, the bed made before he got home from work. Assuming AB wasn't involved.

OKay, gotcha, I think I am following your train of thought now, can't say I'm ready to board it but well put train nonetheless.

Maybe LE has cleared the house from being the crime scene, being they are allowing him to remove his belongings..kwim... :waitasec:

I am not convinced the mattress I saw being carried on the video was the evidence LE was seeking. The braodcast also said LE were expected right back out there ETA (in the morning)

So they were looking for it but aren't done looking for other evidence

They pulled a mattress off of the pile and placed it somewhere else out of the way or for sorting.

arggg I just wish they would find something leading to little Z, and hope they do soon.

Oh no, I meant to ask you a question about if EB could pull all of it off in one night alone. I don't think she could. Maybe but I think she'd be noticed. That's what makes me think that they were both involved and this situation didn't just happen in one night.

In the 911 call - AB seems to be directing the "scenario" of the kidnapping. He even answers about her leg without being asked.

So if we are to believe him, they came in and kidnapped her (no dogs barking like with the fire), even grabbed her prostetic leg - because she didnt sleep with it on - yet they left her hearing aids behind???? And no one heard a thing??

Now that you mention it, did you follow the Haleigh Cummings case? I think Ron and Misty were allowed to sleep there after Haleigh went missing - they chose to live in a tent for a few weeks. But LE came back later and took the screen door. In this case, LE must have ruled it out or didn't have enough evidence to call it a crime scene.

Guess I'm not sure how it works either.

A couple of comments off the top of my head...

It looks like CATAWBA and LINCOLN counties have had a much, much higher conviction rate on EB than CALDWELL. She may have been somewhat drawn to Caldwell county - even if subconsciously - by the legal "reprieve" she seems to have gotten there in the past.

1992 sure was a big year for bounced checks. My speculation: she was recently split with - or in the process of splitting - from Mr. Proctor. She was out spending her "magic money" on shoes, clothes, and getting her hair done.. hustling to nab the next man!

It seems clear to me EB highly impulsive and fueled by an extreme sense of entitlement. Most of us wouldn't exploit small business owners to acquire non-essential goods/services (deliberately, over and over again).

I just want to recognize all of the work you have done and continue to do with this. You have really helped make her criminal past a lot clearer. I am sure this has been very time consuming. If I could buy you a cup of coffee and a big giant cookie I would. :hug:

I think you have her pinned right on too. Impulsive, entitlement. Even her rap sheet shows selfishness. Driving with out a license or insurance. So if she plows down someone who can't pay all the medical bills they are out of luck. And anyone in her car is out of luck too including her children. She is so dangerous to our society.

I think Ab had the most access to the truck don't you? Makes me wonder if he wasn't directly involved was he at the very least part of the coverup? I just don't see EB having the truck and hauling a mattress out to the landfill or picking one up there. I agree, I don't think EB acting alone in the panicked fustercluck to clean up her mess.

Think about it. The charges EB was facing for the threatening with a taser/running someone off the road offense, who was driving? Not EB. I think Eb creates drama and mess wherever she goes. I think AB is so passive he's been doing whatever he's told.

Maybe I'll be proven wrong, til then, the jury is still out for AB in my mind. He is culpible if EB is, I just don't know what I think the degree of his participation is as yet.

Someone posted a long while back only what AB said... He lays out a whole scenerio of how his daughter came up missing... For all he knew at the time, she could have ran away.. or was outside playing... but he rambles on about how she was taken, including the fire to distract them... ((OH PLEASE..)) I hate this word..but my HINKY meter is going crazy...:furious:

Why throw the leg away? Just leave it in the bedroom. Mr Coffey's daughter didn't need a prosthetic leg. Wouldn't the kidnapper's know what his daughter looked like first? Ugh!

Boy, the stuff you miss when you step away for a couple of hours. I swear, I can't pass by my office without checking to see if there's new news. The mattress thing....holy cow.

Looks like shopgrl's source was on to something...what a horrid thing if that turns out to be what has happened. But that would certainly explain the judge's comment that some new and "disturbing" allegations caused him to raise EB's bond.

Agatha, you are no "wannabe" -- you are the bomb! Thanks for all your awesome hard work! I am constantly amazed at the caliber and capabilities of our members here. No place else can even compare.

I feel there's been a major break in this case and that we'll hear something (probably something we'd rather not hear) very soon. Precious Zahra, if only all the love for you here could transport you back in time and make your life what it should have been.

I totally agree. Drama queen. Not happy unless there's drama. It's a distraction to avoid everyone seeing what she's really doing. You can't have her children and new husband talk to each other about her. They'd figure out her secrets. Keep up fightin' and away from each other.

PS I'm still not sure why EB hasn't ratted out AB yet?
