I agree with you, I do hope he cracks now. I don't think he is a very strong man. I think this may be a very important step in finding out what happened to Zahra.

My heart breaks for the kids in these cases But I like to picture them with Jesus and surrounded by his love That is what the picture in my siggy depicts IMO

I think it has something to do with them wrapping up the landfill search I think they wanted to have some solid evidence they could connect to him they found it then lowered the boom Thank the Lord I want Zahra to be sent home to OZ for proper burial I doubt she ever liked it here with Stepmonster and her final resting place should be where she was surrounded with love.

IMO, if Brittany and her mother would have called DSS when they claim that Elisa abused Zahra in front of her father and Zahra was confined to her room and only allowed out to eat, Zahra would still be here. JMO.

Maybe I'm mistaken them for someone else.

Isn't Brittany the one that said they contacted DSS almost 100 times or something like that?

Elisa's attorney will state what Elisa tells him. IMO, there is no way that DSS will tell Elisa's attorney anything.

Even if DSS investigated the claim regarding Elisa yelling at Zahra outside the house when it is "allegedly" reported that Elisa made Zahra walk on her leg, exactly HOW would DSS know that months later Zahra would go missing?

If DSS went to the home to investigate the incident of yelling and making Zahra walk and let's say they interviewed everyone; yelling at a child because she didn't want to walk is not abuse. Elisa could tell DSS, Zahra MUST walk on her leg to strengthen the muscles in her leg because she wears the prosthetic leg. This is part of her rehab, and because she yelled at Zahra, Elisa could have stated Zahra has severe loss of hearing and wasn't wearing her hearing aids on that particular day.

I don't like when people yell at children, however I am guilty of yelling at my own from time to time out of frustration. If my child didn't want to walk with me and started having a "tantrum" a swift smack on the butt got him moving. However, this was back in the day when you could smack your child on the butt, not sure if this is "acceptable" anymore based on the rules of rearing a child.

I believe there was more than just yelling. Precious Zahra had a black eye at one point. I believe much more beyond yelling, despite that, Zahra always had a contagious smile on her face. This child who beat the odds against two forms of cancer, amputeed leg, hearing aids only to meet up with EB!

Nothing wrong with a smack on the butt...I've done that myself but nothing more sinister than a smack...it defies the odds to take it beyond that. Something terrible happened to Zahra. Dad not being so attentive doesn't even know what was going on all day long, does he..blames her brooding for not coming out of that room. I wonder if she was banished to it by EB...I only pray Zahra is found, alive and well would be best but I do have my doubts..JMHO

I get the creeps when I read his charges of communicating threats and assault with a deadly weapon. This is not a decent trustworthy man in my opinion. He broke the law right along with EB and even went as far as to run a woman and child off the road. How crazy can you get? What else can this guy do?

BB claimed a lot of things in the beginning. When the smoke cleared, she admitted to her own drug issues and admitted that neither she nor her mother had called anyone regarding those claims she made.

She did indicate that she'd discussed it with EB's daughter BS and that BS had called. Still not sure if that is truthful.

So the only three people that we know of who may have called DSS were BS, a former neighbor who also had EB charged with threats, and the school.
