A very good one. I just dont think they would have needed Adam at the airport unless that person did not know the police would be there and wanted to make it look as if Adam was not being helpful when he lead person into police hands? That would imply this person wouldnt talk to the police of their own merits or the police didnt want to let the person know they wanted to speak to them. All speculation..

I believe that they could probably learn some things in the initial reactions between AB and whoever he picked up at that airport. Letting him be at the airport puts them in an environment that is natural for reunions...a police station may hinder the natural body language. Body language can be very telling.

One K-9 unit went to property in the Dudley Shoals area of Caldwell County on Burns Road, near Ebenezer United Methodist Church. The area is near where Elisa Baker used to live in 2006 and 2007, before she married Adam Baker.

Isn't that where they lived when Zahra went to Granite Falls? I live less than 10 minutes from there BTW. Road Trip anyone?

A dear friend of mine who visited the states several years ago flew in to Claifornia.. From there she boarded another plane to get to her destination here in the states...

I was noticing that on the police blotter it says that AB was arrested at this address, which is the hickory police station, is it possible that the police along with Ab decided to have him come there in the middle of the night to avoid a media frenzy. The police Doc says nothing about the airport? Baker, Adam Troy (W M, 33) Arrest on chrg of Worthless Check, M (M), at 347 2nd Ave Sw, Hickory, NC, on 10/25/2010.

I actually was being tongue in cheek... wondering if any info was given up at the time of the arrest... the timing is kind coincidental eh?

Oh yeah...I got that and wondered the same thing. AB arrested...LE possibly out to that site with their "promising lead" from him. Then I happened to remember that it was dark pretty late into the morning, so I wondered what their idea of before daybreak is vs. mine.

Don't they know it would be a tremendous help to us if they could just tell us when and from whom they got that promising info? Crumbs...that's all we're asking for here! :crazy:

Seriously, though, if they were out there before daylight, it really must be a very promising lead (esp. to drag FBI/SBI out there with them that early in the morning). I hope and pray this lead results in the evidence they need to solve this case.

Definitely! I, at this point, need proof there is a search going on before I'll trust it.

Around here, that time (3:12 am) would be the booking time (what time he was brought into the jail), not what time he was arrested. Don't know if that is the same out there in Hickory or not. Depending on where he was arrested and how long things took he could have been arrested an hour or more earlier than 3:12.

BBM: I think you are right, sarx. It should be the jail booking time as it is on the jail log. You have to be precise for booking purposes, therefor, the 3:12 AM.

Also, LE may have talked with AB for a while before booking.

ETA: The address will be the jail adress if the person being booked has no formal address. The arresting adress would be on the charge sheet brought in by LE.

It looks very wooded where the LE vehicles are pulled off the road searching. Not sure if you could recognize the spot from the video...

Do not believe that is the same residence. The smell/manhole thing was at a mobil home park the Bakers recently vacated in order to move to the current home (or at least that was my understanding)

Tho with MSM doing such a shoddy job of confirming and fact checking jsut cause I read it don't make it so latey
