See if they told EB early this morning that they picked her husband up at the airport..she didn't have to be told anything else.

She didn't know they may have picked him up for a voluntary interview then arrested him later.

All she needed to know to make her talk was that he was at the airport and her guilty mind would have filled in the rest. I think she probably went ballistic an couldn't wait to tell to impliicate him too.

Ditto. I REALLY believe this is exactly what happened. Because if this was ANYTHING more than an "illusion" based arrest, the charges would have been FAR more extensive and bond would be right up there where EB's bond is...

Maybe it is just as it has been reported. AB went to the airport to pick up family, got some support and perhaps some advice, and then went to the police station to give a statement. We don't know what that statement was but so far he has only been charged with the warrants that he and everyone else knew were outstanding on him. JMO

I apologize for adding to the confusion on this thread based on the first story I read. When I read further, I found different "facts" and corrected my post. The part I can't take back, and still carry forward, is the bias I showed that his 911 call seemed way too flip for the circumstances.

We do know that that is what LE has been quoted as saying- not the media, LE.
Was he at the airport first? who knows but he did voluntarily go to the police station.

NO, we don't. Media outlets are reporting different *facts* about LE and what they've said re: his arrest (and just about everything in between).

EB had a pretty big black eye in one of her photos - I think this is what brought on the discussion by some.

Granted anyone could have given her the black eye and I'm sure there are many that wanted to.

  • #167
Some media reports had the quote from LE and some didn't.

Personally, UNLESS I hear it come out of the ACTUAL mouth of LE I don't consider it solid information.

If they are not willing to go on camera and say it, then I do not put a whole lot of credence in it.

Too often it ends up being bad information, fabricated information, or some overzealous person who works in the office that doesn't have the authority, clearance or knowledge to actually be talking.

i do not and have not every believed AB had anything to do with the death of his child. I feel he has been railroaded by EB all the way. I don't believe he even wrote bad checks that he knwe was bad. I feel EB kept everything hidden from him. He probely gave EB his work check thinking she was paying the bills. He reminds me of my Dad, he is so much like AB, My mother took care of everything, whatever Mother said that is what Dda believed and did. When my Mother passed my Dad was so lost. He was so lonely,He met this carzy woman and within a week she had moved in at my Dads house, he said she had told him she was sick, so he was helping her out,it went from bad to worse, she moved in, he started paying her bills, feeding her, then her adult kids moved in. My dad went bankrupt befor the year was up with this carzy woman. She told my Dad we had threatened her which was a lie,my Dad believed her so he said we could no longer come to his house. My sisters and brothers just said ok, he made his choice so now my Dad is down to nothing, not even a job. So for what it is worth, I Believe AB.sorry for typos I had to typefast before my train of thoughts jumped the track lol

gray, not to worry! We've all been there. It's sooo hard to catch up on the very fast-moving threads :treadmill: like these, and when the media keep stepping on their own feet--and ours :ouch: --it can be very :banghead: for everyone.

You know, peeps.. I have to hand it to LE & the FBI. They have kept us guessing for days on end and we're level headed people, seasoned in forensics - *arm chair general style* :)

I think they are weaving a VERY clever web and succeeding in outsmarting the fox. I'm impressed. Truly.

It also helps to either state within the post that we are speculating, sharing a theory and to make sure we throw a IMHO or JMHO in there for sure.

JVM is on..covering Zahra.

ITA agree contonnah and am sorry for anything I said sounding judgemental..We all want the same thing and that is for Zahra to be found...again I am sorry..I believe as hard as its been[and cannot even imagine what you as family and friends of family are going thru]we are trying to stick to facts... I know that very m,any of us felt as tho Ab was not involved and are just so very worried sick because of what has been reported by EB's family about her and about her mistreating precious Zahra...

We are all wanting so badly for you as family and friends to have all the ansnwers and most importantly closure if indeed it does tragically end up as LE has thus far prepared for it to be..

You, as family and friends of precious Zahra are in our prayers and thoughts thru this unimaginable time...

Yes ... a complete lack of cooperation can point to something heinous ... that the perp needs a body to decompose as long as possible to distance them from a terrible crime. Like Caylee Anthony ... if it wasn't for the duct tape.

I hope and pray that Zahra is alive and, if not, she did not suffer
.

bbm~

That's what makes this so very sad to me cyber...I think that no matter what, even if by some miracle Zahra were to be found alive (unfortunately LE seems to have reason to believe she is not) we already know that she suffered at the hands of that @#%^& at the very least...I can't imagine and not sure I want to know what the 'final straw' was..:(

JVM: was AB arrested to put pressure on him (she's still outlining the case. playing AB's 911 tape snip) Stating AB asked for Australian consulate.

Tara: AB has now been arrested. Not new charges. LE leaving AB out of jail until he is no longer useful.

MOO:

EB was hauled out to the search site today because SOMETHING was found out there and they wanted to ratchet up the heat on her and/or AB (I'm betting he knows she was being taken out there). Hopefully everything going on inside that SUV was recorded, unless of course her attorney was also present and it therefor couldn't be.

How they got to that spot? A tip from somebody. Either somebody other than EB or AB, or one of them decided (after his early morning arrest) they had better be the first to point the finger at the other. Somebody is definitely trying to save their own backside.

Would be close to burning my house down now with all the candles "lit" except all but one of them is battery driven. One live candle burning to help light the way home tonight for sweet Zahra. Would encourage everyone on here to light one as well. There is power in the collective, even when not in close physical proximity.

Prayers for a swift resolution, whoever ultimately goes down for this.

Banner on JVM: AB asked cops to notify AU Consulate in Atlanta abt his arrest

JVM said it makes sense, they haven't lived at new home that long, makes sense to go back to a previous home where the area was better known.

(good poing Jane)
