So, LE has let it be known since the beginning of this case that AB was not being charged for the check fraud, while he was assisting LE in their various searches. These charges are not a suprise.

So, why charge him NOW?

They are, after all, still searching.

my own thoughts have been posted earlier in today's thread and have to do with all the now unconfirmed airport hubbub of this morning. Either he was truly there to pick up a relative and LE unaware thought something more nefarious was about to go down.

or

AB while cooperative and being wherever they ask him to be, has not given them any significant info (either unable to or unwilling not gonna start that debate again) and so he was not useful to them in the way theyd hoped.

Only time HLN pretapes their shows is on Fridays and they are taped a couple of hours before air time -- Mon, Tues, Wed, and Thurs are all Live shows.

True..and if in fact Zahra's death was the result of an incident vs neglect, (which it most likely was, but..??) I believe it was her that was behind that incident, whatever it may have been I still think EB will try to throw it all in AB's direction. I will be surprised if she tells the complete truth, something about her tells me she do/say whatever helps her (in her mind) the most..jmo tho

Dark has fallen over NC now...if they actually found Zahra I'd think they would close off the area and setup floodlights. The medical examiners van might be seen, not hearing this yet. Waiting for a presser also but thinking the questioning of FB and AB may go on for awhile tonight.

Zahra, there are so many good people looking and working for you. It's dark out now but we are all hoping and praying as hard as we can so that this will be the last night you have to spend out there all by yourself.

Yes the street view of my house shows the old back porch and steps we had torn down about 2 years ago and since have added on a deck....AND it shows a Honda CR-V in the neighbors driveway....these neighbors moved out almost 3 years ago lol. Definitely not updated on my end. :crazy:

They range from 6 to 14. We live in a court, same thing one way in and out and they are NEVER outside. They are home schooled and none of the kids in the neighborhood know them. It surprised me when I found out.

O/T we have seen THAT scenario play out about a thousand times on the boards.

Not that your neighbors situation is a slam dunk for issues like abuse... I know plenty of homeschooled children who still participate in neighborhood play dates etc. Which makes them visible.

The only recent article to claim that Z's mattress was recovered was in the Melbourne tabloid the Herald Sun, which did not provide a source for its information; indeed, it did not even attribute its article to a specific author, using only "by staff writers" instead. Not the most credible source then.

Yes, I think this is a recovery effort. Peripheral vision is limited at night, I hope they do find something.

We just moved here last June. But we were at another area for one year. I met my next door neighbor the week before we left. She had no clue that I had 3 kids living in my home. Go figure.

Why do ya'll think her "simple worthless check" charges are $2,000 each and his "simple worthless check" charges are only $1,000 each?...

Could be because she had many, many more prior charges for "simple worthless check" (I know for fact she DID have an extensive history of priors, along with numerous "failures to appear" in her bad check cases.)

As if the health issues were not enough for Zahra to deal with, if true I think that it is heartbreaking if Zahra was also kept away from other kids as well ... not allowed to interact and ... kept a total prisoner in the home.

While necessary at times due to health issues it was just as important for play dates as part of a health recovery and life. It seems the play dates of Caylee Anthony were all adults and boyfriends ... no kids.

If EB is guilty of this then IMO there isn't a punishment severe enough.
