If he has pending charges would he even be allowed to leave even if they didn't serve the warrant???

Being that he is not a US citizen

I doubt his passport was flagged for bounced checks, we are talking about really minor charges overall. Whether he would have made it through customs going into his home country with warrants out, I don't know, especially since they are US charges, but I have a hard time thinking that before Z was missing anyone would have blinked an eye if he bought a ticket out of the country. I can't say for sure though

Why in the middle of the search for Zahra was he at an airport. And how many flights arrive at 3:00 AM (due to blackout rules). AB said he was picking up someone at the airport, but who?

Earlier on Monday, shortly after 3 a.m., Adam Troy Baker was arrested in Catawba County on eight charges, including five counts of submitting worthless checks and three counts of failing to appear in court.

Except that he was arrested at 3:12 (per Hickory PD site) NOT booked (he was booked at 5 am). Add to that that the address of the arrest was the Police Station, NOT the airport as well.

...perhaps it was----picked up by LE at the airport------hour drive back to the station, arrested once there ( 3:21 a.m. ) mug shot etc etc.....booked (5 a.m. )

By looking at the rest of her tweets it looks like it's likely nothing earth shattering, just getting everyone interested in watching her on GMA. Hoping though that a new day and daylight will uncover something for them out there.

Me too -- I always thought CNN was pretty good with their reporting, but on this one maybe not so much.

Maybe we'll get more deets tomorrow.

Do not take Nancy Grace's "blackout" flight info to heart... there were 3 planes that landed in Charlotte after midnight, Monday (found the info on Flight Aware). Tonight a flight from up here in DC was suppose to land at 1:43 am in Charlotte, as well as a flight from Charlotte departed around 1a.m. for Philadelphia.


ETA: CLT has an inbound flight set to land at 3:39a.m. as well...

I found some other photos (thanks "cranky"!) that I don't think I had really paid alot of attention to before. They are photos of Zahra out with family or friends and it was after she recieved her hearing aids as you can see her wearing one in her ear. So I am going to post the photos in order to see the difference in her appearance.

The first photo is at Charlotte Motor Speedway on May 10/11, 2010 when Zahra got her hearing aids.

Then we have the family/friends photos. Not sure when taken. Can tell it must be the same time as Zahra is wearing the same shirt, red sweater, earrings and headband.

Then we have the cell phone photo from the friend that was taken August 9, 2010.

If nothing else, we can be thankful for their bumbling stupidity in the way they set things up with the fire, calls, ransom note. Thank God most criminals are not extremely bright.
