Could it be AB's arrest was solely for the purpose of scaring/pressuring EB into giving up some info...and maybe LE thinks he wasn't involved in Zahra's death/disappearance? I am positive LE got a heads-up that he was bonding out, and if they wanted him kept in jail, I imagine there was something else they could've slapped him with. Who knows...I can't make sense of a lot of things in this case.

The hubster said he hasn't seen any dogs....but that doesn't mean they aren't there. He also said someone just told him that AB had come to the house. He doesn't see him either. He is going to walk around to the front now and let me know what he does see.

What the heck, the gall of AB to show up at the house...now his attorney can argue he left his hair/fiber there when he visited the scene or something!

It would be my guess that his family did indeed get some legal advice and they are behind his bonding out -- just a guess.

I haven't seen it reported that he has retained an attn yet. They can ask him to go with them. He can refuse if he wishes to do so. JMHO.

Wonder if EB will quit talking once she hears AB is out of jail?

Let's hope she has said enough to give Zahra a proper resting place.

That's why I'm waiting to see what happens next with AB. How long will he stay out? Will there be new charges because LE wants him back in that jail cell? As to if EB will quit talking, I think that depends on what her Attn. advises her and if she takes that advice and if there is a deal on the table.

FWIW, IMHO any deal on the table right now is involves and might be exclusive to a deal to avoid the needle.

They just brought another bag out. He isn't 100% if it was from inside the house or the crawlspace. His battery is too low for pictures. It is getting really windy here.

Geez, I hate having to work for a living! Trying to catch up - threads have been flying these last couple of days!

Every single day of every year. Caregivers/parents murder their children.

I ache for Zahra. I ache for every single child we have listed in our archives that are still missing and it's plain as the nose on our faces that they were murdered and hidden by those caregivers and those children have never gotten justice---for years---for decades. We have literally thousands in our archives.

I am envious of those here that can find comfort in their spiritual beliefs in believing that Zahra is in a better place. :hug: to those here that can. My deepest respect to you all.

I have no cold comfort to turn to in that fashion.

To me there is no other better place for Zahra than to have been here on earth. Fulfilling her destiny and sharing her love of life with everyone that had the blessing to come into contact with her.

She should be here laughing. Playing with her friends, enjoying everyday and the opportunities to learn and grow that they would have presented to her.

She should have been loved, valued and given the respect that each person born to this earth deserves.

We are here for you now Zahra. We won't look away because it hurts so much sweetie. I can't speak for all of us but I think I can stretch and say that each one of us would have been honored to have known you and to have loved you in life.

I feel the same. The cold truth is somebody took this young child's life, and that she will never have another one to live. The gift of life is the most precious thing in the world because each and everyone of us is unique. There can never be another Zahra. But I take comfort in knowing those who did this won't get to live their lives in the free world, hopefully.

Police say the leg was found on Tuesday and that they found additional evidence at the Hickory house on Wednesday

He probably walked into the station knowing he had those warrants hanging over his head and said I'm turning myself in. Because he wanted those not to be hanging over his head. Now that he has been bonded they can't hold him on those charges. Unless he skips out on his court date.
