I cannot answer that sorry thats a question for US immigration or someone else. I am here for Z not to phone our National Embassy to ask if my relative filed correct documents. To me the passport, visa issue is off topic, if AB were in the US illegally then US LE would be smart enough to address his status I would think especially if they are charging him with offences or serving warrants.

I respect your position in not wanting to discuss this aspect and probably other things that many of us have unanswered questions about, and you are quite correct in what you state about LE knowing AB's status which I'm certain at some point will all come out.

I trust, however, you will understand that some of us do have concerns in so far as it pertains to not only those of us who have been through the immigration process but others in the future. As another who has questioned this issue since more or less the beginning, the passport and visa issues may indeed turn out to be completely irrelevant to this case but, if they do turn out to have any bearing, questions raised during this investigation about the immigration process may lead in future to tightening up in areas where the system is weak.

I hope you realise I was only inquiring so if I was making ill-conceived statements I would be able to modify my own comments. My comments are based on the information available to me at the time of making the comment.

I apologise if my query offended you. Everyone following this board want nothing less than Zahra found and those responsible for her mistreatment and negligence held accountable. For me the passport and visa issues led directly to what she experienced once she was in the States. Again, I am sorry, and we'll have to agree to disagree on its relevance.

The four lines in red have a different county and birth date than the ones right below it. EB that we're discussing can't be born in 1986, IMO.

I didn't pick that up the first time, but it looks like a simple transcription error 68 -> 86.

I think imamaze was saying we can discuss it to a point, like the fact that the names match, and the check written, etc. ... but discussing and sleuthing the actual man is still in need of verification. JMO though!

I was told yesterday by the CNN engineer that the daughter (AF?) had been there almost every day.

I looked around for her yesterday but didn't see her. There was a girl standing across from the front of the house by the HPD that has been there almost the entire time. She is in almost every picture I have seen from that angle. I wonder who she is. She doesn't look like AF or BS from the pictures I have seen. She was so cute and was talking to Ryder (my youngest) yesterday. He was flirting up a storm with her lol.

One is 1968 the other is 1986, probably just a typo - transposed the 6 and the 8. MOO
