He made the 911 call but Stepmom was the last one to see her she was the one that said she was missing Adam just made the call.

EB admitted that she wrote the note to deceive or sidetrack LE. Then she lawyered up.

Also in the presser where LE announced the recall of the Amber Alert and the change to a homicide investigation, he mentioned that this was not an "abduction"....

But the note never said anything about Zahra being abducted! I would think, if the charge is falsely reporting a child missing, then that child would be Mr. Coffy's daughter, since she was the one the RN referred to.

I know about the obstruction charge was on the original list of charges, but don't recall the one about reporting Zahra missing, of which, I gather became a new charge TODAY based on the GJ.

Wellllllllllllllll maybe not. That's one story, but in the 911 call Adam says:


ADAM BAKER: The police were out here last night. They found a ransom note for my bosses daughter… um… I got up a little while ago… and it appears they took my daughter instead of my bosses daughter.


He says nothing about just getting home from work. That story came out later.
