I get the obstruction charge. What I'm not getting is why she was charged with falsely reporting Zahra missing. She never did that, not that I'm aware anyway.

What official statement did she give to LE about Zahra? I have no clue. If she made one that could have been used to bring forth a charge. JMHO

I do think she gave one IMHO.

"green, leafy substance believed to be marijuana" in the search warrant.

Nancy Grace is reporting that the windows at the house have been darkened? Any of our locals notice this? Sorry but I like to get any NG info confirmed secondary because I end up getting a lot of false information from there. Anyone see this themselves?

If this is the case I am just curious how they did it. Did they board up the windows, paint them, put up curtains?

Also I wonder if charges against AB are coming for filing a false report. He is the one that made the 911 call claiming Z is missing.

I only took a few photos this evening and not from the very front of the house so I cannot confirm. However in this photo, the side window is open.

I do know that is was not taped up and when I rode by one day, there was a man in the driveway picking up something. So I think it would be safe to say, it was unguarded.

I drove by quite often after the house was releases. Not down 21st Avenue but 127 which you can see the house from and it was empty. No police guarding it....nothing.

They took down all the crime scene tape. None left. All gone. Wouldn't they have left it up if they weren't finished?

When Pete was up there earlier he said it looked like they were finishing up. He took some pictures but I haven't uploaded them yet. Nothing major just a few of what they were doing.

Just as they manged to get a mattress to a dumpster, they took her out too.

to me it looks like the bad stuff could have been done in the other apartment. JMO
This apartment - again JIMO is where things were burned got rid of more evidence.

Just thinking outloud here...
But the hose coming out of the house really has been bothering me... I think, obviously the crime occured in back right of the house.. what we are assuming to be Zahra's room... What if EB and AB switched rooms and placed a waterbed over a large area of blood.. and had also painted the room.. Giving the appearance to the LE that it was their room... and told LE that Zahra's room was in the front of the house... Maybe that tarp that S. Homey saw was the waterbed mattress... and the wood was parts of the waterbed... I think that Zahra has been gone for some time before LE was made aware of it...

Point taken, but not everyone has time to be on the thread all day. I think it's important for posters to say IMO - In my opinion- or link an article or reply on someone else's post for facts. Everyone is entitled to jump in here. IMO

Can anyone link me to latest reports/video regarding the search and the reports about whether EB and AB are cooperating. Oh, I'm seeing a picture on NG of Zahra with her dad that I have never seen before. She is so, so beautiful. I imagine the young lady she will never grow to be.
