you know...thats what I THOUGHT she said, but just brushed it off to me having heard it wrong. why would she hear BETTER without them? Surely they would have tested her hearing BEFORE giving her hearing aids, that just wouldnt make any sense.

Hearing aids do not work on people who have no ability to hear at all. They are mostly used for the hard of hearing and deaf people with some usable residual hearing.

ETA: Oops! I see what you guys are saying. Strange.

Nope, I re-listened. She says: "I can actually hear better than without my hearing aids". So I guess my original post stands. Sorry if this has already been resolved. I'm way, way behind.

MoundtainKat, did the indictment state "falsely reporting Zahra missing/abducted?" Or did it state falsely reporting a missing child? That could make a difference.

Someone here posted that it said falsely reporting ZAHRA missing/abducted, which I couldn't comprehend but now can see perfectly.

I have alot of respect for Gloria Allred professionally. She doesn't just jump on everyone else's bandwagon. She won't be baited into answering a question. She's a very smart lady that I think gives very good legal advise which is why her clients are usually found not guilty or a very good deal is cut for the client.

This case is so fast moving right now, so I have a question - Does this house have a basement or is it on a slab? Reason I ask is all the tools NG has listed tonight - could they be removing a floor that had been jack hammered thru and re-cememted and little Zahra been buried under the house? Do we know if either father or SM had any home improvement skills?

Trust me... there will be more charges handed down shortly. They are not done yet... not by a long shot. They are gathering as much evidence as they can to put them both away for a long time! Gotta get all their ducks in a row, and all that. They can't afford a screwup right now!

fwiw, mattress evidence should come in first... that is if LE shares it... for some reason I think they will NOT.

we need to all lite our unity candles in thoughts, prayers, and hopes that Zahra's remains are able to be found. It will indeed be a miracle... and if past cases prove right....she will be discovered by a Roy Kronk or a hunter or some other citizen going about his or her daily grind.
