That sounds like it could mean she gave them info based on what AB told her, and didn't have an exact location?

JMO

It sounds like that could be a definite possibility. I do not believe she acted alone. MOO

Or she could be playing games, or it could have been dark at the time, she could have been under the influence of drugs or alcohol,in a hurry and not sure of the exact spot but the general area. I guess any number of reasons really.

I think it could be but I don't see EB covering for AB. She is too selfish to do that. She would turn him in in a heartbeat.

At this point they may have both ratted on each other, but until the i's are dotted and the t's crossed.......it just a he said she said.

Did I just hear NG say SM has been indicted in her disappearance?? I thought it was just for writing the randsom note (obstruction of justice)

Am I just confused???

NM...I am understanding more now..but WHY is SHE being indicted for reporting Z missing...when it was DAD who made the call????

Just thinking outloud here...
But the hose coming out of the house really has been bothering me... I think, obviously the crime occured in back right of the house.. what we are assuming to be Zahra's room... What if EB and AB switched rooms and placed a waterbed over a large area of blood.. and had also painted the room.. Giving the appearance to the LE that it was their room... and told LE that Zahra's room was in the front of the house... Maybe that tarp that S. Homey saw was the waterbed mattress... and the wood was parts of the waterbed... I think that Zahra has been gone for some time before LE was made aware of it... :(

Hi guys... with the hiccups we had I wanted to bring my post up... I feel very strongly about it... The grey tarp may have also been a make-shift lining for the waterbed...

ITA - they could be "ratting" on each other BUT neither one wants to be the first to give up Zahra's location! I'm beginning to wonder if they EVER will. Oh Lord, please help them to find her.

Not sure if this has been reported before, but an interesting comment here from reporter Jennifer Moxley that investigator said that they searched an acre based on info from EB and did not find the prosthetic leg, so they expanded the area and it was found.

With little nuggets like these being revealed today, one can tell the prosecution is beginning to posture now - and rightfully so.

Some people have suggested that indeed she has implicated him. It was suggested, for instance, that she told LE he forced her to write the note, etc.

Speculating.

My apologies if someone has already posted this, but the headline of this article that currently appears on my Comcast homepage is disgusting:

http://www.comcast.net/articles/news-national/20101101/US.Missing.Girl.North.Carolina/

To refer to the little girl's prosthesis as a "fake leg" is crass and crude. It's sad and most unfortunate that Zahra's parents had so little respect for this lovely child, but to have the media add insult to injury is beyond belief. jmo

I agree, and maybe she is? LE would still need evidence that he was the killer and not her and hopefully a COD as to just how Zahra died. I pray they find it!

Very interesting idea. It could also account for their originally "clearing" the house as a crime scene so quickly, and even implying that perhaps Zahra hadn't made the move to the new house--if there was no scent of Zahra in what was supposed to be her bedroom...

Just speculating.

Bathroom - Where the deed took place (I can't even say it)

Kitchen with fridge - cut up and frozen. ACK!

This would also explain the digging in the yard at the side where maybe the water lines were located and the hose out of the window.

A horrifying scenario that could very well turn out to be the case.

I don't know that there even IS a waterbed, though we did speculate on the notion because of pics with the hose coming out of kitchen window. That said, it's an damned interesting thought.

Which window of the house was this?

Have heard that also, but nothing to confirm it. Wouldn't that be strange family dynamics...He and mother (and possibly other relatives) staying with the person who asked the judge not to let her out. If that is the case one might think the daughter may trust him more than her own mother. Whether that trust is accurate, who knows, but a strange arrangement, in any case.

......i don't know how to include the original quote that you were responding to ( rumour has it they're staying with BS )--but the other daughter, AF , was the one to get up and testify against EB.....

That is the window on the right-in front-as you are looking at the house.
