hahaha! Yeah, quit pickin' on us moonshiners!! (I have made dandelion wine *blush*)

TOTALLY OT...When I was 19 I drank moonshine for the first and only time. I was maid of honor at a girlfiends wedding and puked  on the preachers shoes...Luckily it was the bride and groom that had the moonshine so couldnt blame ME :woohoo:

I will be extremely surprised if she was making meth. The chemicals used to make meth are highly toxic. Here, anytime LE finds a meth lab at a house, they call in Emergency Management and a hazmat crew. I can't imagine it would be any different in NC and we definitely would have heard about it by now. Plus, there was nothing mentioned about this in the SW.

You guys I am confused about something actually three things. Maybe you all could help? There seem to three large pieces of this puzzle so far.

1. The Fire

2. The Chainsaw/Mulch

3. The Pond

Without going into detail if the chainsaw WAS used on this little girl why would they be searching for a body? I am confused on that because one would assume if a saw was used nothing would be left of it. Also the fire. Do you think maybe they burned some clothes? I mean that would be very messy....

WARNING GRAPHIC!

um, not a chainsaw, a wood chipper (machine). Even if the body was put through a wood chipper there would most likely be bone fragments, etc.

LE does not seem to be sure if they are looking for an intact body or a OMG, I am sorry, chipped into bits remains.

Caller: ortho hospital worker
can u send prosthetic leg thru woodchipper?

Well, I do know that titanium is one of the hardest metals known and I seriously doubt that someone with knowledge of the capabilities of a wood chipper would try to send a prosthetic leg with titanium through it, but someone who isn't knowledgeable about titanium vs. a wood chipper, might would try.

There should definitely be bone chips and teeth but we do not know how many loads of the "mulch" was delivered to work sites.

I guess I should explain when I make comments that refer to rednecks and hillbillies or common activities atributed to them, lol

My people are originally from Waycross GA, and we are about as redneck as they come, lol, add to that some family from another side is from the hills of KY

So when I reference rednecks or hillbillies please know I am doing so with a sense of humor at my own expense :)

ETA I drank some shine just a few months ago. man, a little goes a looooooong way!

Now that I think more about it, I tend to agree. With all their financial troubles she seems more of a drug addict than a drug producer.

I still suspect there was meth use, based on the photos.

However, I wonder if there was a pill (OC) habit as well. Super addictive, extremely expensive, more and more common, etc. And also could be what she would be supplying to family members. Somehow has a view of being less "bad" than street drugs among people. "It came from a doctor, I just shared some of the perscription" being a common defense.

she does look like a meth user to me, adderall has similar effects if it is being taken for the wrong reasons

The police don't think Adam Baker is sincere is in his concern. This is huge and a public statement! Let's hope he is arrested soon.

I have a question on the time line. I thought that AB did not see Zahra physically on Thursday, just a lump in the bed and also said that Zahra was unwell per the stepmother.
I have been hunting like crazy to find the right article and when AB actually really saw Zahra physically the last time.
When you have a precious child like Zahra, any sign of illness would have you running to a doctor pronto, considering her past medical history. That is why, I think, AB is also involved.
I am beginning to wonder if Zahra was sick for about a month and getting sicker each day. And those alleged monsters that were suppose to take care of her, were withholding medical treatment. Hence the necessity to destroy the remains.
Just one other remark. I think, when you have a handicapped child in your care, you even love them a bit more, to the point where other siblings sometimes might get a little bit jealous. At least normal people with compassion behave that way IMO.I guess that is why we are all more outraged that when a none handicapped child gets murdered. Zahra's extremely cruel treatment is beyond great anger at the culprits and makes you feel sick to your stomach. She endured pain and suffering apparently prior to her death. Those people appear to be just plain sadists of the worse kind.
I am just heart broken about this case.

Yep, but we are talking about the Demon from hell stepmother here along with a .......whipped father who is just as guilty, IMO.:furious:
