Thankyou! I see very careful work by the lift operator.
He was just lifting large wood for the dog to sniff.
Looks like in video that the dog hit in a precise area and they began to carefully lift soil.
I have seen this done myself where the operater can get an inch away with his bucket from a target area and never disturb things.

Very good video.

After watching this video footage do you think it is actually a probability that EB took Zahra there, buried her and then covered her with all those logs ? She would have to be able to operate a backhoe pretty well to do it. Just saying.

BBM: Maybe DSS didn't believe them either, and their reports of Zahra's abuse were not taken seriously???? :furious:

They NEVER called DCF in the first place.

Oh good heavens. Recovering drug addict? BB seems to be enjoying her 5 minutes of fame a little too much. JMO.

She didn't need to "charm" anyone- if they went to the house and the house was livable, there was food in the fridge and the child had no injuries and showed no fear, there is nothing they can do.
well yea - that's what I was getting at. My point was that DCS had to go check out any report and they did and found nothing.

*snort at name of "Major Deal"....

ETA...not making fun, just thinking how great of a LE name it is.

Well, the legal expert in the video I posted, said that North Carolina does not have the mandatory reporting requirement, unless I miscontrued? She specifically mentioned NC doesn't have it.

I onderstood it completly opposite.I understood it that NC has a mandatory requirement for all citizens to report child abuse but they only prosicute professionals teachers...etc, that fail to do so. I could be wrong though

They both claim on this radio show that Elisa was a DRUG DEALER!!!! :furious:

If they can't get her yet for murder, I hope they charge her with dealing, and with child abuse. At least keep her in jail until they can establish a murder case. I would hate to see this "woman" running around free.

Did she start that recovery shortly after her run in with her dealer EB? :waitasec:

Isn't it profiling 101 that there's something hinky about a person who keeps injecting themselves into the investigation?

I think there's absolutely no way EB and AB are innocent, but there's an awful lot of clucking going on outside the open hen house right now.

When the child is missing part of one leg, they could sure ask who her regular physician is who monitors the prosthetic and oversees adjustments for growth. And if the parents hem and haw and don't have an answer, schedule the child for a visit with a physician. And if the parents give a name and contact info, contact that physician to verify. No indication that this happened.

They would have to prove she is a drug dealer. Chances of Brittney Bentley a "drug addict" word that she bought drugs from Elisa isn't going to have much value to it.

So do we know what drugs she was dealing?

Also Patty your question from earlier regarding centerlink payments to Adam, he wouldn't be eligible out of the country for anything except for parental support payments from the mother, but I am assuming she had severed parental rights early on (or is somehow incapacitated, perhaps she has a drug problem herself?) which is why Zahra was living with the grandmother and was able to leave the country with her father, so that may have been a non issue.

I would like to know about Zahra's medical treatment in the US, you've got a user pays system yes, and I assume insurance companies wouldn't be too keen on covering a child with her history, so who paid for it, how? etc.

Good morning WS (well, it is here 7.30 am on Friday),

I've just had a quick skim through the very rapidly moving thread, there doesn't appear to be any significant news however, I *think* that may be the search has been temporarily halted due to some knowledge LE may have??? JMO.

Also, it does not surprise me that the Dad is not being co-operative. A lengthy sentence in a US prison would be a very scary thought I bet.

I tossed and turned all night last night and realised that drugs, alias', lies, constant moving, bruises, allegations of abuse are all ingredients for tragic outcomes.

My heart aches for Zahra.
