53-year old Richard Pince was last seen in Bismarck, ND, in the evening of Mar 18 before missing a meeting with his employer the next day. He is 5 ft 9 in tall, 180 lbs, and has blue eyes and brown and gray hair. He may drive a silver 2002 Cadillac Seville with ND plate KJP-771.

His whereabouts are unknown. A check of North Dakota public records did not locate any major criminal offenses.
