searched for citizens and police did not know it could be a crime scene until they went to search themselves

We believe its appropriate to move forward in Cass County in District Court, if any information comes then we will discuss then but we believe its appropriate now

William was arrested on outstanding warrant on Tuesday night and they were aware of that
Was there 3 searches at their apartment?
Yes, twice on Saturday and once on Sunday
Any sign of Savannah or the child then?
No sign of them then

BCA is here..started the investigation. A lot of places they have to go to. They have to do both ways on the river. It will take a while.
I don't know, they don't tell the sheriff they just tell me to do the job

Nothing new really, still processing scene at farmstead. Suspects to be charged 2pm 3 charges (conspiracy to commit murder, conspiracy to kidnap, false information). Savanna found heavily wrapped in plastic and duct tape
