@dgolden - I just posted some new videos from Court TV that are illustrating critical evidence (blood, fibers) by investigators and other witnesses. More incriminating evidence that CI was the assailant. Is there anyone that would like to discuss the no DNA evidence anywhere statement by CTI lawyers and have a civil, friendly, and possible educational (for me) conversation as to HOW this is even remotely possible with the crime scene being in the state it was described? Please lol I can’t find that level of maturity on other SM groups, others just want to argue he’s guilty, regardless. I thought he was too back when it first started to unfold. Now I’m really questioning everything. Day by day I’m questioning more and more. I can’t wrap my head around it. Or how he could have gotten rid of all DNA from all 4 victims if he’s truly guilty. It goes against everything we know for that to even be possible. Or at least everything I thought I knew.
This is hugely valuable - I was under the impression of a long caravan which could in theory be towed by a F150 hence the likelihood but not necessity of a tow bar. Now I can see that line of thought is completely pointless. This type of mobile home is absolutely unknown in Oztralia and Nz - which shows as W. CHurchill once said of the US and England - " two countries divided by a common language " KGCI lives in a full size mobile home, appears to have two storage buildings.

1. Well if it is Chad and we don't know that , then being nearly bald is a good start. Being totally rugged up is an even better start in terms of Not leaving DNA. Whoever did it apparently had some heavy black construction gloves so it is hard to get cut and leave DnA behind. That is only really relevant if you have had past convictions where DnA was taken. Is there anyone that would like to discuss the no DNA evidence anywhere statement by CTI lawyers and have a civil, friendly, and possible educational (for me) conversation as to HOW this is even remotely possible with the crime scene being in the state it was described? Brian D Quick the lawyer is going to think I am a real Dufus because I also mentioned the Tow ball possib . as a get out of jail for old CTI. At that stage I had huge reservations about the police's continuity of vehicle tracking and to some extent I still do. There is no particular reason for CTI to have a tow ball given the "mobile home " issue is resolved and he's a chiro.. what does he need a towball for unless he is a contract gardener, owns a power boat ... etc. If he has one great because that's a point of difference over the truck that the police have been tracking but I'm guessing now it is not the case.<modsnip: Quoted post was modsnipped> The LE investigator stated she seemed genuinely surprised when she learned of the affair on April 30, close to a month after her husbands murder. While humans certainly make errors, interrogators go through specific training (and experience) to interpret reactions based on speech and body language so hopefully his judgement was reliable and that’s the first she heard.
Also curious, what response did you receive when you contacted CI’s lawyer?
at the moment it appears the only link the police have is an F150 type pick up truck vehicle. White. They don't have a number plate because the cctv surveil ex either McDs or a fuel station (that part is unclear to me unless McDs sells fuel in smaller towns of the USA) was too poor. I'll load an image I captured from Court TV which is allegedly the truck the killer used. That association with the crime is based on testimony frm McDonald's cashier.
Now CTI owned a mobile home or caravan which lived in a caravan park about 55 km north of Mandan town. If he needed to move it he need to to have a tow bar on his truck . Have look at this magic truck photo as presented in court . Now his mobile home could be a self powered vehicle he lived in - I don't know. Is there anyone reading this from ND who can take a trip or make some enquiries. ?? I am not sure if the truck that CIT does own has been released back to his family or is still in the police pound. Moreover I have NEVER seen a photo of it. Esp of the rear end.
NB the original image was poor and of course capturing and conversion to JPG has done it no favours. It is clear there is no tow bar nor is there a tow bar fitting.
NB RJR Maintenance of Mandan had a hell of a not of enemies. they did bottom of market rentals for land lords they did Evictions they did maintenance , rent collection.. They apparently created a fair bit of hatred. They had a few ex staff who hated them too. On top of that the boss was having a long term affair and it is NOT clear when his wife found out. <modsnip: No link to support information stated as fact> - case is on going as of April 12th.
KIDON Gadol says - (this is simply a copy over from page 29 of this WS thread - the court reporting.)
KG :: Caution caution Angela Davis ID'd the vehicle as a one and a half door White Util vehicle [commonly called a crew cab vehicle in Oz and NZ.. I can't speak for the UK] as per this - note the details she gives as to the driver having to try the rear and front doors. WE have a MAJOR MAJOR issue with the the police details of the vehicle give on day four of the trial which shows a TWO door WHITE F150 vehicle (no tow bar) exiting a petrol station - presumably being the vehicle being traced north . Unfortunately the Court News Video series is pretty rough in terms of captioning their images from trials. get use to it....

Says she thought he looked 5′ 9”, “kind of tall,” she testifies. Noticed the snow covering the back license plate. Thought it was odd to have snow since it was a 40-degree day. Says it was a Ford F-150, 4-door, “a cab and a half.” Says she knows her vehicles which is why she can be so specific.

Witness Angela Davis
Testifies he was trying to get into the pickup. Tried to get in the passenger side which was locked. Walked to the driver’s side which was locked. Went back to the passenger side, opened the front passenger side and then the back passenger door. Spent about 3-5 minutes before the person got into the pickup and left. Says he was still masked as he drove past her. Says he drove along a frontage road from McDonald’s and then onto Memorial Highway.
Rubbish This is incriminating evidence that the person who drove it over from RJR M&Maint was the likely assailant.@dgolden - I just posted some new videos from Court TV that are illustrating critical evidence (blood, fibers) by investigators and other witnesses. Welcome to WS @dgolden.
This is another difficult case where I think we need to be patient and hear all of the prosecution's evidence. I've missed a couple of days with the Morphew preliminary hearing so I'm working to catch up now but I just want to say that DNA is not exactly like we see on television.
A couple of weeks ago we learned that Samantha Josephson (South Carolina uber mistake) was viciously stabbed more than 100 times with an odd, multi-use utility tool. Listening to the coroner describe the wounds and looking at the instrument used to inflict the wounds, it was difficult to imagine how her convicted assailant did not puncture himself. Her killer also left no DNA. Fortunately, surveillance video and his digital footprint were sufficient to convict him.
Don't give up! This is a good, civil group here.
Found Deceased - SC - Samantha Josephson, 21, Columbia, 29 March 2019 *Arrest*

So much damning testimony against Chad. He's toast.
Don't know "why" some of those pictures didn't show up on the timeline for yesterday's hearing. Tried fixing it - but it didn't work....

It seems irrefutable that his vehicle was at McDonalds at the time of the killing and a week before. Whether CTI was using the vehicle on that day has to be proven . I'd be very interested in what the defense can put up with respect to his electronic devices - because cell phones continuously contact the tower network wherever they are (unless they are switched off , battery is exhausted or they are stuck in a metal too box with a close fitting lit or something of the sort ) .
And for that matter , where is any other physical or electronic witness that he was not in the area at the time. - Petrol purchases, ATM receipts....??
