On her FB I don’t remember which post or when but she talks about having to go back to the Centre? I think she mentions it a few times. What is the centre? She didn’t seem happy that she would have to go there?

'A gift from God': Infant found dead remembered as happy, smiling baby
When Jessica Shaw first saw the baby boy with a perpetual smile, her heart melted.
"The first time I held him, it was the best feeling ever," said Shaw, of Texas, the godmother of 4-month-old baby Tyr Lange, who was found dead Saturday in south central North Dakota. "He was the happiest, most joyful baby."

Kaiser told The Forum that Lange will be charged in connection to the death of her son this week.

In response to some that are asking about a way to stop the drug epidemic. As far as heroin goes, there is a medication available that can make it so if a person uses heroin, it will literally kill them. In some addicts, that's a pretty good deterrent. However, from my understanding, in order to receive the shot, the addict must be clean from heroin and suboxone for 3 or 4 days to be given it.

I cannot recall how long the shot is active for, but I do believe its atleast a month.

Unfortunately, this only addresses opiates, not meth. I do not have any info as far as that goes. My opiate prevention info comes from a friend who is currently helping someone get clean.

@dyannaON maybe you can ask about this medication for your son? I know it sounds scary, but maybe it's the kick that would get him over the hardest parts? I wish I had known about it when my mom was alive.

AMESTOWN, N.D. – The mother of a 4-month-old boy who was found dead in a central North Dakota slough after a two-day search is expected to be charged this week.
Stutsman County Sheriff Chad Kaiser said the charges could be filed as early as Tuesday, July 10, depending if States Attorney Frederick Fremgen reaches a decision.

I also read in an article that on 7/9 she was transferred from the hospital to jail.

It’s only four sentences long. Here is the second sentence:

“Justice Lange, 25, of Carrington, was charged Wednesday, according to court records. Her initial appearance is scheduled for 10:30 a.m. Thursday.”

My beautiful, smart, caring boy is 22 and also a horrific addict. Today has been tough. He has been released from jail for assaulting me. I did press charges. He came home Friday. He was actually only home for 4 weeks and almost at a inpatient place. 3rd one when he attacked me.

I love my son but he is scary when he uses. I never thought meth would be in my life. I neve thought I would find needles in his room.
He became an addict after a car hit him when he was 19 and shattered his left leg.
Today my son was kicked out of the shelter he is at as he has no one left. I’m trying to embrace tough love but I do badley want to just hug him and love him. My biggest nightmare is losing him for good. Frankly he is a shell of who he was. I’m sorry I hate drugs. I don’t hate addicts. I hate their choices. I always read these horrible stories and hate what happens. Always in the back of my mind a breathe a sigh of relief that my son has no kids. Because honestly at this point he could be on WS.
Fly free baby boy. I pray justice will be swift and harsh. Xo

I am so sorry. Very heartbreaking. He is your son after all. You know he is in there (his soul) but the drugs have over-taken his body. Drugs are awful for all involved. Praying your son finds a way for a successful rehab. Not the same, but my younger brother was addicted to pain pills (he was taking about 120 pills a month by dr shopping and buying on the street) about 7 years ago after a couple of back surgeries (metal rod(s)). He would call me stoned from the drugs but the inner part of him was crying for help. His marriage was falling apart. He hit rock bottom and went to rehab. I visited him there and he told me it was like the pain pills over took him and he no longer had control over himself. He felt so helpless. Now on suboxone (spelling?) 7 years later he is himself and doing well. Wishing you and your son the best.

@Lmustang89 please see my reply above. It may be another option for your brother as well.
