She wasn't even cited for neglect... how could they prove she was unfit?

Just another reason that the DA has FAILED these girls.
They didn't even remove the surviving child for FIVE DAYS after Juliette's murder.

It certainly doesn't appear they give a cr@p about these kids. Especially since they no longer live in their jurisdiction.

Or maybe I'm just getting more and more bitter.

There has to be a reason she doesn't have custody of Jaelyn...only visitation. What justification did the courts have to remove Jaelyn from her custody? Who authorized her visitation?

You're 1000% correct that the DA has failed these girls. I wonder if the CPS in the district/county that Charyse lives in now is aware of Juliette's death?

From experience (not me, but someone I know) had 2 children that were living with their dad in Texas (CPS in another state placed them with him). She moved to Texas and had yet a 3rd child with the same guy (after they had broke up). The CPS in the state she moved from contacted the CPS office in Texas and they followed up with her. When she had baby #3, he was removed immediately from her custody and placed with the other 2 who lives with their dad. She has visitation with them, but it is supervised (or was last time I was in contact). She will never have permanent custody of those 3 based on the reason they were removed (severe neglect). Granted, she also has 6 other children, older than them, that were also removed and placed in other homes.

Honestly, I think Casey and Charyse came to an agreement out of court.

He would keep J and she would get A and they would monitor the situation closely.

I don't think it was the courts choice, I think that the court just agreed with their decision.

But again, that's just my opinion.

This is important:

We have not seen Juliette's mother fighting for justice.
We haven't seen her begging for an arrest.
We haven't seen her in the media until they cornered her and forced her to talk.

All that Charyse has done is threaten Juliette's family with lawsuits for having the facebook page for Juliette.
(And in my opinion they have been far more kind to her than I would if she was MY sister in law.)


She obviously never wanted justice for her beaten, murdered daughter, no matter what she says she wants.

Actions speak louder than words Charyse.

I think that says all I need to know about Charyse.
Not to mention motivating me even MORE than I already was.

She may not give a crap about her murdered daughter.

She may not think about what Juliette went through and have nightmares about it. lease:

Luckily for Juliette there are others of us who have hearts...
and WE are willing to fight for HER murdered daughter.

This year we sponsored a little girl and bought Christmas for her.
She is 2 years old.

The last Christmas Juliette ever celebrated... 2 years old.
I so hope for a better outcome to this grand jury than others we've seen. lease:

Thank God this horrid case is finally going before the GJ. It's just absolutely mystifying to me why charges haven't been pressed long before this.

Prayers for wisdom for the GJ and prayers the investigation is able to make a clear and true determination of who is guilty here.

I just hope that Juliette's Grand Jury does a better job than other Grand jury's have done in the past.
