Judge blocks release of Robert Kraft surveillance video

A Palm Beach County judge has ruled surveillance video that allegedly shows New England Patriots owner Robert Kraft receiving a sex act at a Jupiter day spa cannot be released.

Judge Hanser said the surveillance video cannot be released unless the case goes to trial, a plea deal is reached, the State drops charges against Kraft, or if the Court finds Kraft's fair trial rights are no longer at risk.

Patriots owner Kraft cleared of massage parlor sex charge

Florida prosecutors dropped a misdemeanor charge against New England Patriots owner Robert Kraft on Thursday after courts blocked their use of video that allegedly shows him paying for massage parlor sex.

Palm Beach County court records show that the charge was dropped Thursday. Palm Beach State Attorney Dave Aronberg will explain the decision during an online press conference later Thursday.
