I didn't realize that happened with the NY Post - I don't have a subscription (and never will because that would mean admitting I read the NY Post, lol!) and have never had a prob viewing articles.Cannot read without subscription. Any highlights?
The reasons stated in the article that he might (ahem) get off:
* Traffic stop might have been illegal. Car pulled over under pretext of traffic violation though true purpose was likely to get ID on Kraft. Kraft was asked for his ID, though he was not the driver of the car.
* He might not have solicited the services - could be viewed as acts between two consenting adults.
* Video might not have been legally obtained.
