Drug running or manufacturing?
Just joined Tinder to research this case. All I had to have was a Facebook account and a one photo from it. All that is required to start a Facebook account is an email address. No phone required. What I found this morning via internet searches..
Tinder is automatically tied to your Facebook account when you join which enables Tinder to use Facebook as a verification service. BB's fake Facebook account verified her fake personality on Tinder and who knows where else? Granted, you don't need a phone to actually use Facebook but from what I've read, phone usage is often heavily tied to Tinder usage.
So, once you've used a fake Facebook account to start your fake Tinder account, how is it gonna look when you start messaging people on social media platforms using a strange woman's phone? I've been saying since the beginning that AT and BB have got "Scammers" written all over them. If scamming was the point of the "Tinder" phone and the fake accounts, warrants should reveal timelines of when both were activated not to mention usage. I can't imagine how long it will take to get warrants and unravel that rats nest of digital data. Can you imagine how much there could be? You'd have to narrow it down to most recent and relevant appearing nfo and work that first, for Sydney's sake. Time is not on our side and these two are burning it in abundance. As I mentioned yesterday, even if these two POI are completely cleared, their exorbitant jackassery has done this investigation a serious disservice.
Local news reporting increased LE activity in Wilber area. Checking local news sites.
Heavy law enforcement presence in old river cabin community in Wilber, NE, the town where Sydney Loofe was last seen. @3NewsNowOmaha https://t.co/BNr8GDeiah
I am thinking it is because they have 'connections in multiple states'. That was mentioned when the news broke that they were looking for these 2. See post 182-185.Why are the feds involved? Is it because the two crossed state lines while LE was looking for them? I'm not getting the Federal aspect to the charges. Help me out!

That article was written by a doctor. Do you have a source for your information or is it from your own experiences ? I have heard people who have had extreme reactions from taking too much at one time. Just wondering, as it doesn't seem like there is too much actual statistical info about it. For instance, can one smoke, on a daily basis, and drive legally and hold down a job, in a state where it is legal to smoke? Do/can those states test drivers for driving under the influence of marijuana/THC? Eg. Bailey drove Sydney home/to a friends after smoking wax and shatter - would she have been driving illegally in that case?Pedantic note on dabs and dabbing:
Most people who smoke don't consider extracts (wax, shatter, whatever) dabs in and of themselves. Like, I've smoked/vaporized extracts many times (more than 20, less than 50?) but I've never actually "dabbed" in the way most people consider it.
"Dabbing" is what's detailed in the first part of the "consumption" section of that article: smoking superheated extracts out of a bong with a specific bowl/rig for extracts. Vaping extracts out of a vape pen or smoking them through other means (like mixed up in a pipe with actual weed) is not the same as dabbing.
It's ticky-tack on paper, but it's important because it's WAY different in terms of effects.
Vaping wax out of a pen is incrementally more potent than smoking traditional buds, but the difference is not off the charts. People with a mild tolerance and/or a general comfort level with being real stoned can handle this just fine.
Doing actual dabs with the bong/dab rig is way, way more extreme and is likely to be too much for anyone without a significant tolerance (i.e., someone who smokes daily). You can't "OD" from it, but you can definitely freak out like one might from edibles or mushrooms or something due to the effects mentioned in the article.
I hope it was their videos that got them caught. The arrogance of posting a video and playing the poor innocent accused when they know damn well what they did with Sydney really enrages me.
So to hold them for what? Someone earlier said they couldn't be arrested on suspicion - they had to have evidence. So what would the evidence be for them being on a "federal hold" and is that the same as being arrested and charged? How serious is it?It means that the feds have asked the local authorities to hold them.
