IMO, if the judge asks for the names not to be used, there is a reason. :(

Isn't that what happened - a judge said to protect the names?

jmo

Maybe the judge is afraid the other 11 "witches" really exist, and will try to pick up where the others left off; or enact revenge for AT.

...I know they say small American towns are rampant with drugs because they are rampant with a bored group of youth longing for stimulation; but is there really so little to do around the Heartland, that these women would find this vampire/coven nonsense plausible or exciting - from tubby old AT, in the bargain?

I'm not going to guess why the judge made the request except to trust it was for a valid reason, worthy of respecting.

I knew she lived close to me but had never seen her address. I just put it into maps....

.8 miles...4 minutes away.

I know crazy weird people walk amongst us, but seeing that. These freaks could have been driving around my neighborhood.

I haven’t commented for a few days. I’ve been following along. I just have nothing to add. There are no words. I’m at a complete loss.

As someone up thread commented, I hope the prosecution is able to tie this all up with a neat bow at the end because I can’t imagine being a juror and having to sit through all this and then at the end try to put all the pieces together. Cannot. Imagine.

I really hope Sydney’s family chooses not to attend the part of the trial where the autopsy report is discussed. I have a feeling it will contain even more disturbing details:( IMO

“Video shows the pair walking to their hotel room with their bags. Trail was limping and walking with a cane.

Just five to ten minutes later, the group is seen walking out of the hotel with their luggage. Trail wasn’t limping or using a cane.”

BBM. Just another bit of proof that he is full of sh$!

Do you think Trail will testify or will he be able to keep his lying trap shut for once? I personally think he won’t be able to control his ugly pie hole.

I'm with you and I think he will testify sometime next week, with band aids on his neck and handcuffs on his wrists.

Oh so LE called KB and that's why they quickly left that hotel. They knew police were on to them.
I’m glad you posted this, because my brain hadn’t made sense of it!

Sydney Loofe apparently unaware Tinder date may include Aubrey Trail
Sydney Loofe apparently unaware Tinder date may include Aubrey Trail
Tinder messages between Sydney Loofe and Bailey Boswell indicate Loofe apparently had no idea who Aubrey Trail was or that he was lurking in the background.

"Sydney Loofe asked, 'It's just going to be me and you right?" Assistant Attorney General Mike Guinan said.

Yes, she does ask that," FBI investigator Mike Maseth replied.

"And Bailey Boswell's response is, 'Yes, of course. LOL.'"

Maseth said there was nothing to indicate Trail, or anything about a male was brought up in their conversations.

"No indication," Maseth said.

The third week of Aubrey Trail's murder trial came to an end for the week due to the holiday. Today, prosecutors showed video of Bailey Boswell and Aubrey Trail going out for a night of fun after they allegedly dismembered Sydney Loofe's body.

Then prosecutors reveal the back-and-forth that Sydney Loofe and Bailey Boswell had on Tinder leading up to her disappearance on November 15, 2017.

They talk about smoking weed, going out to eat, what career Sydney wants and meeting up.

The final Tinder message from Loofe to Bailey before she picked her up, "Lol, Silly." Bailey responds, "Here."

There was no discussion of Aubrey Trail or any male in their conversations at all.

Trail has been missing from the trial for more than a week since trying to slash his own throat.

Defense Attorney Ben Murray says, "Physically he's doing fine I think. The problem is sitting for 9-10 hours in the courtroom is what he's worried about but we expect to see him back her some time."

His defense says they are unclear still about his motive and how he got the weapon.

"He hasn't really said specifically what his intent was," says Murray.

So prosecutors will continue to call witnesses coming up next Monday and after that the defense will put forth their case and arguments. They say it's still unclear if Aubrey Trail will testify in his own defense.
AT is worried about having to sit 9-10 hours during trial??? Really?? For such an avid liar, I’d think he could have come up with a better excuse than that. Eyes rolling out of my head again.

Aubrey Trail, Bailey Boswell, and another woman Judge Vicky Johnson doesn’t want us to name went to the casino two days after they allegedly dumped Sydney Loofe’s body.

(regarding the last texts between Bailey and Sydney just before their second date)

Interesting that Sydney asked if it would be just the two of them and Bailey's response was "Of course lol"

If Sydney had willingly agreed to take part in everything that occurred that night prior to being murdered, WHY did she ask if it would be the two of them and more importantly, WHY did Bailey lie and say yes?!

At first I believed that Sydney did perhaps agree to the sexual/BDSM stuff (hence Sydney's mother worrying that information coming out may lead to people judging Sydney) but Bailey lying about them being alone means that:

A) There was never ANY plans or agreements for ANYTHING.

B) Sydney was unaware that Aubrey (and any other people who may or may not recall being there) were going to be there and Bailey lied about it.

C) That some things were consentual and previously agreed upon but Sydney was unaware that it was going to be occuring THAT night.

D) Other. Thoughts??

Any way you slice it, Bailey was clearly deceptive about that which is HORRID

Autopsy evidence coming on Monday. If Trail decides to testify— and that’s still uncertain— it wouldn’t happen until Tuesday

One thing I learned today — if you want to ‘disappear’ don’t do it at a casino. Ameristar has 1,000 cameras and check ID of every person who looks less than 40.
I just realized that the Holiday Inn Express in Council Bluffs where I reserved a room for an upcoming weekend getaway is right next to Ameristar, connected to it, even.

I’m always told I look younger than I am, so i’ll report back and let you all know how that goes.

Agree. I bet he's doing a lot of sitting in his cell.

It's interesting to see it confirmed that there was no mention of Aubrey Trail in the messages between BB and Sydney. That's what I thought.

Ha! My thoughts exactly...

Agree. As for thoughts, I would not want to be in AT or BB's shoes!

There is NO and I mean NO amount of money that would entice me to have sex with AT.

(Or BB, either.)

Happens in the city too. While this may be the most bizarre case ever seen in Wilber, NE, it's just another day at the office in California.

Interesting thought about them being protected from someone.

I think you are right. If he does I hope SL family does not attend. I cannot imagine how they could restrain themselves. It’s one thing to sit there and hear all the evidence, testimonies of the girls and their sick relationship with AT but to have to sit there and listen to that 🤬🤬🤬 BS story about how he accidentally took their child’s life would be more than any parent should endure
