Court documents show an arrest warrant had been filed for Trail by Saline County authorities on Nov. 21 for possession of a deadly weapon by a prohibited person. The incident took place in September.

The documents also show Trail has two previous convictions. He was sentenced to 2-5 years for second-degree forgery, and 30-54 months for issuing a bad check.

Boswell has a possession of a marijuana charge against her, according to court records. She received the charge for possession of less than 1 ounce in April of 2016.

In addition, a bench warrant was issued for Boswell for failure to appear in court.

Between being the last to admittedly be with Sydney and the above, this is why they are being detained.

I might run if a woman I went on a date with disappeared, and everyone assumed I was involved. I might even run if I was innocent, especially if I'd previously been harassed by the cops, and/or knew people in jail who were innocent. Or the police around there was corrupt. They turned themselves in, after running. That may be exactly what I'd do - panic and run, think about what to do, then turn myself in. None of us know what we'd do in this situation unless we've been in it. MOO.

No, please ask! I don't believe they have been arrested. They are being detained and held for questioning right now.

Bailey dyed her hair blonde while on the run (she was a dark brunette). Her mugshot looks like she hasn't washed her hair since and it's up in a messy bun, and to me it looks like she cut it shorter. This is in comparison to her casino picture. MOO

Oops so sorry. I thought they were arrested on the other charges.
Her hair sticking up in back looks like she stuck a feather in it!

A jail employee confirmed that Trail, 51, and Boswell, 23, were both being held late Friday at the request of the U.S. Marshals Service.

Federal and state court records list no new charges against Trail or Boswell, and police haven't publicly accused them of any crime related to Loofe's disappearance.

Both had warrants for unrelated charges, however.

They were transported to NE for questioning and are being held/detained by the US Marshals under a Federal Hold. They haven't been arrested.

Yes, "Two people identified by law enforcement as persons of interest in Sydney Loofe's disappearance remained in custody Friday, now at the Saline County jail in their hometown of Wilber."

I think it just takes a day or more to update websites on some of these jail or prison sites

ETA- No one has said Sydney is dead, she is missing. Why does he say killed?

Someone in the Facebook group about her thinks she likely poured straight bleach over her head to dye her hair, due to the greenish tinge to it. That would make sense if I was trying to change my appearance on the run.
