Oh, after reading the next article posted, the quote about taking Trail's daughter in exchange for Sydney makes much more sense. Out of context, I thought she meant something else entirely.

IMO this is not okay. His daughter (which I didn't even know existed) is, I assume, innocent of anything to do with this situation and has nothing to do with her father's actions. I can understand wanting AT to feel the pain that those who lost Sydney are feeling, but this just seems misplaced.

I agree. But I also don’t think, like us, AT, BB, or any of the witches/his girls, have a reasonable thought process.

The three women had similar stories. All in their 20s and drawn in after matching with Bailey Boswell on Tinder, though she went by other names on the app, like Kelsie and Jenna.

Aubrey Trail came into the picture soon after, sometimes at their first meetings.

He’d give them allowances and pay for shopping and dinner or trips to the salon.
The three — A.H., A.G. and K.B. — took the stand one at a time to testify about the months and days leading up to and after Loofe’s disappearance after she went on her own date with Boswell.

Saline County District Judge Vicky Johnson’s order initially only barred media from recording video or audio of their testimony. But on Tuesday, from the bench, she told the press for the first time not to publish their names.

A.H. spoke of Boswell having a "kill bag,” a hammer and pliers inside, and joyfully talking about wanting to pull off people’s fingernails and cut off their eyelids as she tortured them.

Prosecutors asked what she brought up to the stand.


The woman She replied that she had a mechanical eraser to mess with...she said she was really nervous to be questioned today.

The woman said met Boswell on Tinder in October 2017. She said she reached out to Boswell first. Boswell went by another fake name.

Boswell told the witness Trail had bad arthritis and needed to give him massages and oral sex to feel better.


She said she didn’t want to but said she would try it.


“I didn’t like it but they were a package deal, so I had to go with it.”

NOV. 1 Boswell drove herself and the witness to a Ameristar Casino in Omaha.


The two gambled and went to dinner - all paid by Trail.


Trail was upstairs in the hotel room waiting for them to come back afterwards.


“I don’t like people just giving me money; money isn’t free.”

The witness said she was nervous to go back to the hotel where Trail was.


She said it started with a massage for Trail, then she took a shower with Boswell.


She said she gave Trail oral and then had sex with Boswell. Trail stayed on the bed while Boswell and her had sex.

She said the three checked out November 3rd.


After the casino, Boswell and Trail wanted to take her back to Wilber.


Nov. 3rd-6th, she stayed at Boswell/Trail. She left the 6th because her mom was worried about her being with strangers. Boswell paid her $150.

The witness goes on to talk about other types of punishments she went through with Boswell/Trail.


She said she had a safe word - “ocean”.


She was doubtful saying the word would have helped during her punishments.

Between Nov. 8th-14th, the witness remembers Trail yelling at her for wasting his money and Boswell’s time for not devoting all of her time to Boswell.


She said she still loved her family and cat so she didn’t want to give that up.

The witness goes on to describe more arguments she had between Trail/Boswell.


The two wanted her to quit her job so she could dedicate all of her time to them.


She said she wanted to quit in the right way by putting in her two weeks.

For her punishments, Boswell would have sex with the witness with a strap on.


She said she was a criminal justice major and studied the renaissance era.


She remembered torture techniques from a project - she used those them for Boswell to get off faster/stop the pain.

She wanted to be a cat so Boswell got her a collar and leash.


It was her way of having a dominant and submissive relationship.


If she was in trouble, Boswell made her crawl on her hands/knees.

Boswell asked if she remembered the “soccer girl”.


Boswell said she wanted to kill her and needed her help.

She said she woke up on the 18th and Trail wanted his car taken to Walmart near the hotel.


Her and Boswell drove Trail’s car - parked it there.


The two took a taxi back to the hotel.

Nov. 19, Trail told the witness she didn’t need to worry about killing the soccer girl anymore.


Trail told her that she had “already proven herself to the group.”


Boswell/Trail and the witness checked out on Sunday the 19th.

“I don’t know why they were so adamant about using my car.”


Trail said they would get the cocaine that was going to be and dropped out of the sky by plane.

In the Facebook videos, AT mentions BBs "tinder phone" in the overall context of downplaying their multiple phones. I think I may have been wrong, they really were dumb enough to think a cricket phone and fake email was enough to keep them safe. Odd to me, because the crowd they seem to run with is usually pretty tech savvy and very paranoid.

Also, while the idea of a lined up buyer for a snuff film was the most logical answer, it now seems possible that occult ritual murder for the sake of occult ritual murder (and brainwashing/making accomplices) could truly be the reason. I still believe the answer lies somewhere in between, and we may never know the whole truth.

Any thoughts on why these girls names and stories were kept secret?

Any thoughts on AT and BBs plans after the murder?

The BB trial, which might climax on Halloween could be a doozy!

Definitely feel now that BB was fully invested in the SL murder, if not the ringleader.

IF they really have killed before, maybe they purchased prostitutes who would not be missed. Would love to know more about ATs history. If the trial produces evidence of previous murders, would a grand jury convene to investigate?

I am assuming the girls testifying would come under fire for admitting to some of the things they were willing to be a part of (getting paid to murder others). Who knows what backlash they have already experienced because of their testimonies. I am sure they would rather have them testify and speak their truths rather than to clam up for fear of what what consequences they may reap in their communities or online.

BB and AT are equally evil IMO. I never bought in to the theory that she was an innocent soul corrupted by a controlling AT. They are both power hungry, sadistic beings. But her silence in the wake of his unstoppable lip flapping makes you wonder if he is a mouthpiece for her. Would she do anything for him...or is the other way around? What a tragic, toxic mix of dangerous personalities.

“One woman told the jury she was with Trail and Boswell two days after Loofe was last seen, and that she spent almost a week with them traveling to hotels in Grand Island, Kearney, and Iowa.

She says on November 18, 2017, a Saturday, she's missing memories for large chunks of the day and woke up with scratches on her legs she couldn't explain. When she later learned about Sydney Loofe’s disappearance and discovery of her dismembered body, she worried for over a year that she had repressed a memory of helping Boswell and Trail dispose of it.

That would fit with the defense’s narrative that another woman was in the car with Trail and Boswell when they dumped trash bags with Loofe’s body parts in a rural part of Clay County.

But the witness says after speaking with prosecutors last week, she no longer believes she was there. Prosecutors say the evidence suggests Loofe’s body was dumped a few days before that - cell phone records show Boswell's phone in the area where Loofe's body was found on November 16.

All three women described eerily similar events: meeting Boswell on Tinder and meeting Trail soon after. All three said Trail paid for things like rent, clothes, manicures and more, in addition to a weekly allowance of up to $200.”

Boswell and Trail said she could get items on Ebay and resell them for a higher price.


The business is what kept her there.

She said sometimes she would stay for weeks/months at a time at their house.

On a road trip to an antique mall, Boswell and Trail later admitted to her that they sometimes steal antiques and resell them for a higher price.


She said she stole & took the items back to Wilber to auction off.


She said she opened her own case in Lincoln to it.

The witness said originally she couldn’t wear clothes and told Trail she was uncomfortable.


She said she was later allowed to wear clothes while doing chores around the house.


If she disobeyed Trail, she was slapped/whipped.

“I wasn’t buying it.”


She would stay quiet whenever Trail and Boswell would talk about it.

Boswell told her there was a faster way to earn money - Trail and Boswell tried to convince her the people they would kill were not good people.


Trail told her the group could make $1 million for a video of a killing. He said the money would be split 3 ways.

The witness said when Trail started to describe how she would kill people by breaking fingers or a “slow painful death”.


“I left because of that.”


She says she was suppose to be the 13th witch.


The last day she was at their house was November 16th.

She said at one point after leaving in late October, she had heard Trail was “depressed” and so she made him a cake to feel better.


She later said she was threatened on November 16th to meet up with Trail and Boswell to help the two sell cocaine on the 18th.

The witness said she never heard from the two again, which was a good thing in her mind.

After leaving the group Boswell sent:


“Please delete that number and just forget us. I’m tired of you not doing what you are told. If you come back you will be my slave.”

The witness said Boswell also tried to test her loyalty to Trail...asking if the woman would help kill him by poisoning him


She said knew it was a trap.


She did know how important Trail’s daughter was to him.


She said she wanted to take his daughter in return for Loofe.

So this one was a bit of a rebel and wanted to wear clothes around the house. She didn't buy that Trail was a flying vampire and wanted to trade Trails daughter for Loofe. (Don't follow that bit) . She got paid $100 just for talking to Trail (which is probably harder than walking around the house naked). She forgets stuff. She left at the end of Oct but was with them on the 16th Nov .(this is the day after Sydney's murder) . Did she discuss the murder and I missed it? She mentions a $1m video. She didn't buy Boswell's trap about killing Trail. I'm not sure this witness is telling us everything somehow. She says she was only interested in the antiques business and was told by Boswell she could buy and sell on eBay.

A little clarification in regards to reporters using witness names

It was up in the air. The media was told not to record any audio or video but there was nothing set in stone about names.


After today's witness who said she had to take sleeping pills to get through the night, the judge decided to ban all witness' names who can't be recorded.

We're out of the courtroom for the day, here are my last few take aways from the last witness' testimony:


On Nov. 16 (the day Loofe was killed) she said she was in Omaha with her little bother spending time with him at Walmart.

The witness kept saying her mindset during her first interviews back in 2017 was foggy and she was "not in the right headspace."


She told defense attorney's that their records may not have the full story because at the time she was still trying to protect Boswell/Trail.

Lastly, when attorney's questioned the witness about her involvement in Loofe's death, she responded with:


"I don't know"


She meant she didn't know if Loofe's body was in the duffle bags in the car while she was in it.


Prosecutors clarified, the body was not in the car.
