Need to See: Casey "Dropped" Caylee Here

She wouldnt have stayed in a trunk quietly so there would have had to be sedation. What other ways could she have died, accidently or on purpose? Ideas anyone?
Yes I have a idea,I think she had a big night planed & we know Tony did not want Caylee around, I think she put Caylee in the trunk for the evening & did not get up early enough to get her out of the trunk before the hot Flardia sun killed her .
That is what I think ,

I think you may be on to something. I thought a hot car for a while now. I like your theory of putting Caylee in the trunk overnight to be with Tony. This made me further think what if the "flurry of calls" wasnt "Oh no something happened" what if it was "I need mom or someone to babysit" and getting no answers she decided to put Caylee in the trunk.

I'm not sure but isn't this the lake that LE Divers searched early on in the investigation?

I thoguht they reported that it was the lake next to Sawgrass & all that was recovered were a few stolen cars.

Could be a different lake but I thought it was this one.

Anyone know for sure?

OK, I looked it up, on page 121 of Casey Anthony Court Documents Part 1, the investigator specifically tells Casey that they have pulled the survelliance video from the Sawgrass Apartments and Casey is NOT on the video at all. Which means she NEVER was at the Sawgrass Apartments with Caylee.

So whatever happened, happened elsewhere.

It seems like every year I hear of a story about a parent accidentily running over their own child in the driveway. Maybe Casey was moving the car into the garage & she pinned Caylee under it....who knows.

I personaly don't think that it was an accident because of the photos at fusion though. If a Mother lost her child to an accident I can't see her out partying 3 days later.

imo

I agree Boston, those photos at Fusion will come back to show intent. I believe she purposely and knowingly murdered her daughter. The photos show a girl who shows NO remorse, NO sorrow, No concern for her daughter.

Aerial view of Sawgrass Apartments, where Casey says she "dropped off" Caylee. Very disturbing.

While anything is possible, the area across the street from Sawgrass towards the lake is NOT readily accessable. Of course, some people off this lake have non-fenced yards. Under this theory, she likely would have gone through a resident's backyard. Not really likely.

S. Conway Road is very very heavily trafficked. There is also a lot of foot traffic (people on foot) in this area (so maybe it wouldn't raise eyebrows along the road but people would not appreciate the foot traffic in their backyards!

I believe somewhere in the 400 page document the police stated that they pulled the security tapes from the Sawgrass Apartments and Casey was never AT the Sawgrass Apartments.

Princess,
That is PRECISELY what the police told Casey. However, the police are allowed to lie to their subjects during questioning to see if their story changes. Did the discovery docs (in the Sawgrass manager affidavit) say that LE also collected security tapes?
T

She said she dropped her off at the sawgrass apts, but no where have I see if anyone came down and got Caylee or she took her to an apt.. just that she dropped her off.. I found that strange.. If I took my son to a baby sitter in an apt I would have said I parked here and took him up to such and such apt... not I dropped him off.

That's what I thought, too. It's creepingly similar to Scott Peterson telling people he was fishing at the same place his wife and son were later found.

Right, they say suspects stay close to the crime.

Just a thought, but the police could have been telling Casey that the video tapes at Sawgrass don't place here there simply to get her to talk. It's a police tactic - and we have no idea if it's true or not.

It's interesting that she changed her story to Blanchard Park now though....

Good post. If Caylee had had an accident or she hurt her accidentally Casey could have sought medical help for her and if she needed someone to babysit, I'm sure one of her friends or even her mum and dad would have helped her out. This is what makes you think that something was done intentionally. This along with the lies and zero co-operation with LE. There doesn't appear to be any other logical explanation. IMHO

When I read that in the statement, I just thought that more than likely that LE was using that as a ploy, they are allowed to do that. It had been 31 days and a lot of places start recording over their tapes by then, not that I know how long SG keeps theirs but that is my thought. This is probably causing a lot of problems at Amscot and other places also. I believe somewhere I read that the airport tape was already gone also but I'm not sure. I think I read that in the 400pg docs.

I'm interested in the lake being across the street. Maybe Casey was setting the stage for when Caylee's body will found. "Hey look, I left her here with ZFG and she killed her and dumped her body across the street." I think that lake should be searched and soon.

Not sure where the 6/9 date comes into play. Could be that before the police got to the Anthony's on 7/15, the argument that George witnessed between Casey and Cindy could have included that erroneous date so it just stuck.

But my theory is that if George truly did see Casey and Caylee on 6/16 and if he truly did see Casey on 6/24, then perhaps Casey left Caylee in the car the night of the 16th and the baby died then or around that time. Casey could have come home, borrowed the shovel, and buried her baby in her parents' back yard, thus the yard decomp that the dogs hit on. After George leaves for work on June 24 or around that date, Casey removes her child from the yard and transport the decomposing body to the trunk of the car, thus the decomp and other evidence in the car. She has the baby in the car a few days, then disposes of her - probably on the 27th of June. She could have run out of gas while doing that deed. Here's the weather forecast published on Tuesday, June 24, 2008 (the day George said Casey was at the family home without Caylee):

A tropical wave could bring Central Florida more wet weather by midweek.
"There's going to be a chance to get a lot more rain starting late Wednesday, Thursday, possibly hanging around until Friday," WESH 2 Weather Plus meteorologist Jason Brewer said.

If the baby was in her parents' back yard, she wouldn't want the rain to wash her body out. It's a perplexing situation however one looks at it.

If there is an entrance at all to that Lake, I think that is possible. Remember, she pointed out the seniors facility, but only because it was ACROSS from Ricardos and Amys and their apt played significance in the investigation. So, with the lake being ACROSS from SG, it makes you wonder for sure.

Things that stand out to me in Caseys statement from the 400pg docs. She "swears that's the last time she saw Caylee, was right there on those STEPS at Sawgrass". She says she "waited TWO hrs". She went to look for Caylee at "J Blanchard park, and some STORES!" She went to Tony's around "7pm". I noticed her phone pattern that day and George's statements. George said she left around 1pm. (Tony would be out of school anytime from 1pm on) Casey said she dropped Caylee off around 9-1. (Tonys sch hrs) Note: TWO hrs from 1pm until 3pm when her phone records show calls start. Casey said she returned to SG around 5pm. (The calls go on until 424pm.)
Calls STOP for TWO hrs. (calls began again at 624pm) Casey said she went to Tonys around 7pm. (again, calls began again at 624pm and the last call was after 7pm to Amy). This TWO hrs really make you wonder. George should have left for work around 230pm. 1pm until 3 pm when he would be gone and the calls began, another TWO hr deal. There is something significant about TWO hrs but what could it be?
Did she have Caylee in a hot car 2 hrs?
Did she wait at home wondering what to do about Caylee for 2 hrs?
Did she wait at Tony's wondering what to do about Caylee for 2 hrs?
Did she wait at SG wondering what to do about Caylee for 2 hrs?
God forbid, did she wait 2 hrs for a dumpster to be emptied at SG?
Oh me, what the 2 hrs be referring to? Why does she insist that she seen Caylee last at the STEPS of SG?
Did Casey put her in a lake and wait 2 hrs?
I've went over and over all this in my head. If Caylee fell at SG or at Tonys, someone, even Casey would have screamed out loud, or a neighbor would have seen/heard.
I could have sworn that LE made a statement somewhere that the dog did not hit on the car seat, if so, Caylee didnt die in that seat in a hot car although you wonder if she was put in a trunk and died there. She wouldnt have stayed in a trunk quietly so there would have had to be sedation. What other ways could she have died, accidently or on purpose? Ideas anyone?

This whole senario produces a scattered anxious feeling while reading. Which is exactly what I think was going on. I'm really interested in what was occuring during the 1pm till 3pm. I also agree that if she wasn't impaired and it was truly an accident Casey would have made a scene, called for help...done something "normal". But I can see her trying to hide it from the start if she lashed out at or sedated Caylee therefore causing the accident. JMO

God...what kind of mommy could put her child in the trunk for the night?
"Caylee...you lay here w/ your doll and go to sleep...i'll be back in the morning...i'm going inside to sleep w/ my boyfriend...you don't need a bed to sleep in"
WTH????

She's sooooo sick....i really hope she dind't put her in the alive....

Also, there seem to be a lot of toll roads in Orlando. I wonder if they have a tracking system for cars and if so, if those records have been checked.

Sorry if someone has already answered your question: If you have something called an E-Pass in your car can they track your where abouts. For example, my Sister has one of these. They send her a bill every month for the toll roads she has been on. My Niece does not have an E-pass (small electronic box) in her car. She must pay cash for every toll road she rides on.
Also, with as many cars that go through the toll booths a day, I would think they just loop the tape and tape over it again.
Hopefully this answered your question. ;)

Lake Tennesee is fenced off on the side of South Conway Road. All other sides of the lake are surrounded by homes. South Conway is a heavily traveled road. No where to park on the street and the fence is at least 6 feet high. I don't think she could have left Caylee there....

Just curious is this fence green by any chance?
