neighbors being questioned about handyman

  • #401
They might not want to do it if they have zero evidence connecting him to disappearance.

Thats fine and good, I am sure he has nothing to do with it but it will answer questions. I mean how can you look for someone who you put out there on TV and say, a white man, 30's such an such color hair and eyes and about this tall. No name, no pic, wanted in the questioning of Lisa Irwin. I mean really, is that the best they have. If they are going to release that much, well release his name and pic, you already let us know you are looking for him so let us help you, but you have not one but 2 hands tied behind everyones backs.. Did I make sense there.. :banghead:

When did they ever let us know they were looking for him? Press got this information from neighbors, police haven't said anything.

Would YOU miss him, Bean? ;)

(Okay...stopping now. Need to regroup before I get zapped.)

Yes I would miss him, Mountain Kat. It would not be the first time I called LE because a homeless person I'd seen regularly hadn't been around for a while.

Whoa....

Spotlight.com list the car stolen on Oct 5th from 40XX N. Walrond Ave.
http://www.spotcrime.com/crime/23836353-bdd08271ce9f5fdab38f85a18632cdc1

That is the same street JI's parents live on per this article:
http://www.kcci.com/r/29438812/detail.html

Coincidence or Not?

Was the house where the party was, on Sunday, the one on N Walrond? I'm still waiting for someone, outside of the family, to state that they saw Little Lisa after the party, anytime on Monday...It has not been reported by any source, that I am aware of, that anyone outside of Mom & Dad, saw Lisa anytime after the party.

On NG last night she posted the information about him as I put it, hair color, approx height, age etc. So why not a pic of him or his name..

HOW can people in the community (but not necessarily from that neighborhood) recognize him if they CANT see a picture of him?

imo

I asked that last week, I really hope you get an answer.

I wonder why too.

Here LE puts out pictures of people wanted in questioning all the time with the disclaimer that they are not a suspect or POI but may have info on or witnessed a crime.

Exactly.. I think its strange they arent doing that in this case. I see pics like that on TV all the time, if they dont have a pic, they give you a drawing of the person. We know they have his name, and we know they have a pic because they are talking to the neighbors about it, so show it to the rest of us, not because we are nosy but how are we supposed to know if we run into him someplace. Should be yell out, "Hey Jersey" wherever we go and see who turns around? Seriously..

If they go so far as release a photo, at trial, assuming one is forthcoming, and Jersey is not the defendant, the defense attorneys can easier point to him as possibly the guilty party and say with more authority that he was actively investigated. As it stands now, the D.A. will be able to say that due diligence was taken in investigating the case, but he was never seriously a suspect, and thus no photo release was deemed necessary.

But right now this isnt up to a defense atty and they are looking for him to ask him questions on what I would assume is if he saw anything. They should be releasing his pic. We dont worry right now when we are looking to question someone on whether or not the defense is going to like it, if anything, if they dont question him and clear him the defense will have a field day with that one. They need to find and clear this guy now before the defense can use that to their liking. IMO

I agree, but the D.A. closely monitors big cases and always looks ahead to trial.

For all I know, Jersey has been picked up and is in custody for his probation violation. I don't know if he's still on the streets or not. LE is a tight lipped crew.

True, but what I am saying is that if they do not find him, that will be a winning point for the defense. Oh there was this man in the area that you didnt seem to want to find, you didnt release a pic you had of him or a name, you stayed focused on the mom etc.. I think they are being foolish not to release his name as a person who wants to be questioned and then clear him. He is then free to go and the defense cannot use this as a reasonable doubt point.. I hate those words reasonable doubt.. Brings back bad memories of a time, not that long ago with another baby killer on trial.. Oy Vey..

I wonder if he has already been picked up if he'd be among these folks http://www.jocosheriff.org/br/

Homeless has nothing to do with it, Bean. This is a person who rides his bike down the street carrying a gallon of whiskey, get's kicked out of bars for spitting on people, steals from local stores, breaks into people's houses, fails to stay in contact with probation officer, etc. etc.

Personally, I wouldn't miss him. Homeless man or king of Missouri.

So, we should be watching for a male in his 20's charged with violation parole or probation, correct?

I thought the landlord or one of the neighbors said he was in his 40's? :waitasec:

If that's the case, I guess MWM might fit the bill. (doubt it's Jersey though)

Guys, please don't name any names here. It's against the rules to sleuth innocent people. We'll get in trouble with a capital T.
