I think perhaps people need to listen to the press conference and listen to what NeJames actually says. NeJame was called, not to "protect" Ron or anyone else, NeJame was called to find HaLeigh. The Cummings family is tired of not having answers regarding their missing daughter and granddaughter. NeJame is going to help them in that regard. He also made spoke about how the family very much is hoping to find HaLeigh alive in the press conference.

People really should listen to the press conference.

Does anybody remember the article someone posted right after RC and CS "fired" their attorneys (after the DCF investigation was completed)? I seem to recall at that time that a family member said an announcement would be coming soon and many here at WS speculated what that might be. I wonder if that is when TES/MN were approached.

I believe you are referring to the the Rodriguez family whose male child was abducted from his home during a burglary by 2 adult males while under the care of his mother. The boy was later released unharmed by the 2 male perps onto the street in Mexico I think it was. A significant difference in these two cases is the Rodriguez family weren't involved in any known criminal activity like Ron and Misty Cummings.

Mr. Nejame needs to stand with both sides of Haleighs' family equally, IMO, as he has been touted as a child advocate. This is the first time I have heard him referred to as a child advocate. I know he is representing Tim Miller in the Caylee case due to Baez wanting Tim's phone records, but what will he do in Putnam County?

IMO, Tim Miller is above reproach and I am so thankful he will be going back to search for Haleigh.

To my knowledge RC did not fire his attorney. His attorney stated his firm would no longer be representing him.

Apparently Mr. Nejame is advocating on RC's side, where he is needed most.

Take note of his chosen words, "I do not care what RC has done in the past".....this is actually the base of his press conference....and most likely why he was retained....IMO

IMO, Nejame should not take sides. I did not care for him when he was representing Cindy and George. IMO, he saw that he was backing the wrong horse and pulled out.

Nejame should be for Haleigh and both parents. JMO. If he doesn't, then he does not have my respect.

OTOH; Tim Miller will always have my respect.
