If TM doesn't have any idea where to search, it is basically just a pot luck kind of thing. He ran into this with Casey...he wanted her help...she refused. Here we go again. w/o the timeline and help from Misty/Ron to give LE, he is spinning his wheels. I have yet to see him stay more than a few days. He did with Natalee but was given Millions of dollars to search for her. Last time I sent a check to him, the next hour he left...so I don't know..he get the most money from the public of all the searchers but I would like someone to be there longer than 2 days.

MO, we need some boots on the ground. Why doesn't RC hire a P.I.? He has money for three attorneys now to defend himself and Misty but nothing for a detective.....hmmmm

I didn't know non-profits are open the public..can you link me up? I remember trying to check some out and got nowhere...

I personally donate my time to Non-Profit (501)c3 charitable organizations....TES, Home with a Heart, and Habitat for Humanity. All you need to do is contact the organization and their books are open....

Guidestar is a site that lets you access non-prof's records, but for a fee. The IRS will give you the info on a non-prof's financial records, but you have to fill out forms and such... and as Chesterp said, you can contact a non-prof directly for their financial information.

Tim and TES do not have anything to hide... what they do with donations is an open book... LP and Cobra are trying to smear TES and stop donations to TES is nothing more than a self-serving issue to put publicity and money in THEIR pockets.

What 3 attorneys? You don't know if they, Shoemaker and Beardsly(sp) are working pro bono or not? How did Crystal hire an attorney, she doesn't work either?

Apparently, the KEY believed she since she fooled the FBI....she could pull the wool over Tim's eyes. Tim is a wonderful judge of character..kudos Tim for the idea of polygraph!!!!!!!

I am glad to hear that Tim will do a canvass search and pray that they do find Haleigh. Maybe the poly gave them some insight on where she may be. I am so happy they will do this before they come back in six weeks. Lets pray that they don't have to come back and Haleigh is found soon.

Poor HaLeigh...

From the beginning, it was Misty who held the key of what truly happend to HaLeigh, now, more than ever, I'm convinced, it's Misty all the way...but why hasn't LE arrested her for lying? If they knew her story didn't pan out, that the bed Jr./Misty were allegedly sleeping in appeared not slept in, why haven't they arrested her for lying, at the very least. Maybe then, she will open up on what truly happened at the threat of going to prison...

The story about washing the blankets must also not be true...Could it be she wasn't home? Could it be she had others over at the MH that shouldn't have been there? Does she know who took HaLeigh??

February 9th between 8:00pm and 3:00am. She claims she put Haleigh down at 8:00pm and went to sleep herself at 10:00 and awoke abruptly at 3:00 to find Haleigh gone. Now even her husband Ronald isn’t buying that story “she never went to bed that night” he said “the bed was made” Police confirmed Ronald’s story. As the investigation closes in on her and investigators focus on those few hours the evening of Feb.9th into early morning Feb.10th that Misty can’t account for. One thing is clear; the only thing that’s consistent about Misty Cummings story is her inconsistencies.

I'm not sure, but it sounds as if a canvass search is just another term for a physical search.

was offered to isty and she refused.
If you had no memory and wanted to find the baby wouldn't you take the hypnosis hoping to get a clue???
Then RC comes to her aid saying she was forced to take the LDT so Tim would come back to search for Haleigh........what a twist..........RC and family are really smooth liars,IMO

Actually she agreed to hypnosis but she was fighting going under hypnosis and would not cooperate, so it was unsuccessful. I am not surprised that Ron came to her aid. She appears to be willing to go all the way to the end protecting her man.

Since when did TM ever force anyone to do anything. I would imagine that Equusearch is tired of being called in on cases that could be categorized as a "wild goose chase". There needs to be more information before asking people to go searching in the God only knows where woods fighting ticks, fire ants, snakes, vegetation that can cut you to the bone, water up to your hips...and for what? Which direction? Tim was wise to ask that the tests be given and now that there's a not so optimistic outlook, they don't want any more to do with Equusearch? They consented so what's the problem? Someone is trying to save their own hide at this point and it has nothing to do with Haleigh. That's what the situation says to me at this point.

She was asked "Do you know who took Haleigh"? In my mind there is an outside chance that the reason this showed much less deception is because no one took Haleigh. That Haleigh wasn't taken. Just a thought I had.

Because her earlier questions of are you withholding info? do you know what happened to Haleigh? Do you know where Haleigh is now? Shows she is lying, point blank, when answering those questions.

I'm trying to reconcile the difference in test results in my mind and that's the possible scenario I came up with. As always just an opinion.

or perhaps there were two others involved with removing Haleigh and she didn't actually see which person carried her out of the home??? just thinking outloud - at the very least this tells me, she didn't take haleigh out of the MH, and that more than one other person was involved.

I was just about to post the same thing. There's an assumption in that question that Haleigh was abducted, and if Misty knew she wasn't, how would the test react? It would have been interesting to see what happened with different questions with different assumptions. Do you know if she's alive? Do you know how she died? Do you know who did something to her?
