Good question...KZ brought up the fire was too big with the LP tank near the fire pit...however, I don't see that LP tank in other fire pit pictures...what gives?

SA's DNA was on the key, not TH's. There was no DNA of hers found on her own key.

From SA interview 11/5/05 with Marinette County Detective....

Steven went on to explain further in more detail, saying that when Teresa got inside the
drivers side (Seated in drivers seat) to get the Auto Trader magazine for him he had been
holding onto the drivers side door (outside, Top or Side) up until she handed him the
magazine

So, why didn't they find these prints????

George Zipperer... one of TH's appointments that day was with the Zipperers. His wife Joellen testified on day 2. When LE called their house the evening she was reported missing, according to Stang in the trial doc's, he was not very cooperative... said she was a trespasser, threatened to have his dog eat anyone that came on his property and told them he wanted a lawyer, oh and... I think gave a bunch of lies about his and his grandsons whereabouts IIRC

Same interview....

Steven told me that Teresa Halbach had come to the property on that Monday between
2:00 P.M. and 2:30 P.M

Then... until she handed him the magazine and he had then left and returned back to his trailer home dropping off the book
then going over to his sisters home to see if Bobby was home but finding that Bobby was already gone.

But I thought Bobby didn't leave until 3:00 pm according to what Bobby said...

Did we just loose an hour here?

I think that is the most frustrating thing BCA... the times... no one knows what time it is.... not one of them seem to be able to nail down a good time! LOL

I can definitely see why his attorney's wanted to point the finger at BoD though....

From 11/6/05 interview with SA, Marinette County...

In recalling what he had done again on Monday since he left work at 11:00 A.M. Steven
said that he had been outside most of the time prior to seeing Teresa from his house and
that he had been talking to Bobby who was home alone at his mothers (Barb) home.
Steven said that this was about noon.


Ok...wait...stop...I thought Bobby was sleeping until 2:00pm???

Something odd was how the investigator asked SA how one might enter the property through the gravel quarry side and SA said he didn't have a burn pit...
