One thing I have to say..... I have often thought about this case and thought about my own city that I live in and compared them. My husband, who has not watched the show but who has had to listen to me for hours upon hours talk about this case, even noticed how similar it was in appearance to where we live LOL On Dateline when she was downtown.... pffft, she could have been in my own city.

Nothing like a nice cold beer in the summer!
My opinion, obviosly

I had to share this one.... Many nights I have felt like this by the time I go to bed LOL

So my thoughts on the key. We know that 2 different pictures show SA's slippers in different positions. Could it be possible the key was actually inside the slipper, leaving SA's DNA on the key. Supposing SA cleaned all of the DNA off the key prior to placing it into his slipper. Now lets suppose when LE moved the furniture, the slippers or furniture knocked the key out of the slipper--where LE found it.
No so far fetched--how many times have you moved furniture and knocked over something next to it? I have.

She has TOTAL belief he is innocent. Wonder what she asked him in the hours of talking with him before deciding to take his case?
I wonder, if he IS innocent, is the REAL killer is SHAKING in his cowardly boots right now as he follows this case?

We shall see.

To state he wants everything forensically tested, is a pretty big deal, IMO.

A true whacko,

A man TARGETED TWICE?

I honestly am starting to hope he is a bit crazy. It makes me truly SAD to read about cases of these people convicted, only to find out later, NEVER should have been.

Third visit WCC: SA thrilled about chance of new forensic testing--like innocent men always are.#MakingAMurderer

Anything is possible

I've never had this happen but some may have

My CAT would def do something like this! ( knock crap into my shoes/slippers ) I've never thought to use em for hiding spots or anything, easter eggs I guess =)
I'm open minded, so yea, anything is possible =)

Does the defense have to find concrete proof that he is innocent or just reasonable doubt that his is innocent? Sorry, beyond my level of expertise, after all I'm an accountant and a very busy one this time of year!

THANK YOU!

So these two men go here because supposedly, it's the last place TH was known to be, and just happen to come across her RAV4???

IN THIS COLLECTION OF VEHICLES?
IN THE DARK??

Seems to me, the person who knew where the vehicle was is the one who put it there, wouldn't you think?
So, randomly start searching the back of this?

I'm trying to figure out the angle of this picture in relation to the property...who's house is in the lower right hand corner and where is it in relation to the entrance in the back?

There is no house in the lower right hand corner.... that is the location of the RAV4, the location above is the location of the Crusher. All the residences are in the upper portion of the picture

or did I misunderstand? LOL

Yes...you did...LOL...N/P

In the picture Dexter posted above me, there is a trailer residence in the lower right hand corner, I can't seem to orient myself to who's residence that is in relation to the picture I posted.

Do we know who's vehicle this is inside SA's garage. I know the picture was taken much later, but I happened to notice damage to the driver's side near the headlight. Any chance this could be the vehicle that was involved with the damage seen on TH's car?

ohhh ok hmmm looking at that pic, it's deceiving, I would say Allan and Delores' home, but I'm not sure, the Salvage area doesn't look big enough LOL

I don't think that vehicle was drivable, it is the one that BD said he helped SA move into the garage and SA was working on it. IF anything is believable at this point LOL

I got it BCA (I'm now calling you this instead of BigCityAccountant haha)

It is the neighbors!

go to the bottom left of the salvage yard.... the red house... is SA's trailer!

arial avery property.jpg

this is a better photo, and you should be able to line it up with the one you posted :) one thing.... I didn't realize how close Chuck's place was to the spot the RAV4 was found
