Name me one case where a person has been indicted and arrested for first degree murder of a "missing child or a missing person" where that child or person has showed up ALIVE weeks later, months later or even years later....

It doesn't happen.

Police and prosecutors take murder charges very seriously and they don't arrest people for murder that does not occur...they may on rare occasion arrest the wrong person for the murder but that doesn't mean that the murder didn't happen.

There was actually a case in Austrailia. Teenage runaway came forward when a man was on trial for her murder. THE DIFFERENCE IS, IIRC, THERE WAS NO DNA EVIDENCE INVOLVED IN THAT CASE.

I haven't seen anything that says what the stain is. Has anyone else?

There's nothing on what the stain is yet. A carpet sample from the trunk was used for air sampling, but it doesn't state in the forensic report if that sample was a carpet sample which contained the stain or not.

what happened to CA saying CAYLEE would be back for her birthday in early August? Sorry, it didn't happen...............3 months later............and she's not wondering if Caylee was alive that she was ok? molested? being sold? beaten and abused? how do they sleep at night? because THEY KNOW where she is! GONE>..........IMO

I remember that case. The man charged, had confessed to her murder. That's why they charged him.

I so agree. I refuse to watch or listen to CA anymore, I can honestly see where being forced to live in the same house with her for 20+ years could drive a person to insanity. KC still must pay for her "done deeds" but holy moly......I feel for anyone who has had to live with CA.

I just want these people to go away.:yow: I don't want to see them anymore. I don't want to hear them. I don't want to see their pictures. This is what I don't get....

If KC sold or gave Caylee away, wouldn't the Gparents beg the person that has her to please return her since they do love her and want her home?

If KC gave her up for adoption, wouldn't the Gparents beg the person that adopted her to at least let them have some interaction with Caylee since they love her and were in her life for 3 years?

If Caylee was kidnapped, wouldn't the Gparents go on live tv and beg them to not harm her and to please return her? Or that they will do anything, pay anything to have her returned?

If the people who supposedly have Caylee could/would hurt her, wouldn't you still go on tv and beg for her safety and offer anything to get her back?

If Caylee is with someone who loves her and took her because they wanted a little girl just like Caylee or wanted Caylee specifically, wouldn't you ask for her safe return and wouldn't you worry that this person might be some nutjob that loves children in the wrong way? So wouldn't you still be asking for them not to hurt her?

If someone kidnapped Caylee and you were afraid that you would be in danger instead of Caylee, wouldn't you tell them to do anything to you that they want but don't hurt Caylee and bring her back to you alive and you will go in her place?

How do they know that she or is not in danger or that they are or are not in danger if they have never received a ransom note, phone call from the kidnappers, etc, or any other correspondence? And if they have received correspondence why have they not turned that info over to police? Especially once they realized that they were not going to give Caylee back.

What the A's say and what they do tell two different stories.

It actually did happen....in Australia...a guy was on trial for multiple murders, and midway through the trial one of the "murder victims" reappeared. She was 14 when she'd gone missing and she'd been hiding at her older boyfriend's home for years.

Ms Ryan went into hiding at Mr Black's central Queensland home in 1998, when she was 14 and was not heard from for more than five years until a tip-off led to a raid of the house.

Her disappearance came about the time of a number of well-publicised disappearances of women and girls in Rockhampton, who were later found to be victims of serial killer Leonard John Fraser.

I am so tired of hearing these people go on and on that Caylee is alive. They know she is dead, but think if they keep on spewing their nonsense it is going to help Casey.

If I saw a child that I thought looked like Caylee, the first people I would call is LE in the area where I see her.

Why are all these calls going to the A's, and not to LE? You can tell that they are just making all this up, because if they really thought Caylee was with someone they would jump at the chance to go and get her, or have LE check it out immediately.

I pray that LP finds this child's body so that all this nonsense will come to an end.
