The most laughable part of this whole 'defense' is that the REAL TRUTH THAT WILL EXPLAIN EVERYTHING WILL BE REVEALED AT TRIAL! It wasn't revealed at the time Caylee 'went missing' when it could have rescued an 'alive Caylee' from child traffickers or sexual slavery. It wasn't revealed at the time the police, FBI and entire resources of law enforcement were first available to help when 'awful people threatening Caylee's life and the Anthony's' might very well have gone ahead and caused the child's demise to rid themselves of the burden of toting her around under world-wide media scrutiny, and of course curtailing the necessity of having to make arrangement for preschool. It hasn't been revealed at any time since as any 'alive Caylee' might have been being raped continuously, tortured and/or murdered. No, it will be revealed AT TRIAL, months and months after it could have helped an 'alive Caylee.' I'm not sure on what planet that makes sense, if any, but it isn't the one I'm on.

Name me one case where a person has been indicted and arrested for first degree murder of a "missing child or a missing person" where that child or person has showed up ALIVE weeks later, months later or even years later....

It doesn't happen.

Police and prosecutors take murder charges very seriously and they don't arrest people for murder that does not occur...they may on rare occasion arrest the wrong person for the murder but that doesn't mean that the murder didn't happen.

Following this post: So then, if the grand jury indicted her, they would NOT do so, unless they had very SECURE proof and evidence, that a murder did indeed take place, right?

Have they EVER indicted and been wrong?

At Saturday's function, the Anthonys were helping kid finders gather a list of volunteers they can contact at a later date and determine how those volunteers can help in the search for Caylee, who the Anthonys maintain is still alive.

Could someone please point me in the direction of what exactly KFN has done as search efforts for Caylee? Anything at all? Besides sell tshirts and hand out flyers? I got nothing.

I think from now on, the only people that will be in the Anthonys' lives are scum-bag, nefarious, opportunistic, scamming, criminal, low-life snakes. They will use and be used by them. That is where they have placed themselves. This is what happens when you push away good, decent, reputable, caring, educated, professional people.

Also, in the beginning, I was on the fence hoping that Caylee would be found alive. I would look at the video/pictures of her with high hopes. What changed my mind wasn't just the scientifc evidence but the outlandish behavior/lies by KC and then eventually that of KC's family.

To quote Magic-Cats dead-on sentence: "The child is dead, has been dead and will continue to be dead". Any talk of her as still alive this many months later is just downright ghoulish, macabre and morbid.

I wish SOMEONE would just finally ask Koby, Baez, or the Anthony's if the entire squirrel population on the East coast crawled up under KC's car and died to produce such a strong smell of decomposition !!!
