According to Anthony Lazarro, Casey told Lazzarro that Lee tried to touch Casey:

"Jesse mentioned that in September of 2005, Casey mentioned that she didn't feel comfortable around her <blacked out>. Casey allegedly told him that before this day, <blacked out> had tried to have sex with her. Jesse didn't elaborate, but from the context of the conversation, he believed that Casey meant <blacked out> had tried to pressure Casey into having sex with her."

Note: Darlin Gal says Channel 13's pdf document doesn't have a blacked out part and clearly says Lee. Still not sure if the last word in the statement should say "with him ."

I recall Jose Baez saying something to the effect of "When everything comes out, you will be very understanding of Casey". If Lee is Caylee's bio dad then maybe Baez thinks he can get a paternity test and then expect the jury to excuse whatever occurred to Caylee since there is evidence that Lee had sex with Casey? If Lee really is the bio dad, Casey might have been able to pull this thing off by saying "My family is ****ed up so I gave up Caylee for a private adoption and I'm not saying who I gave her to in order to protect Caylee", then a jury might just let her go. Problem is, there was a dead human body in her trunk and one of the hairs in the trunks was Caylee's and it has a death band on it. I DON'T think a jury will be sympathetic to proof of sexual abuse (pregnancy by Lee) when there's a dead kid involved.

But wow. If Lee really is Caylee's Dad then*&%$ is really going to hit the fan.

I think we will see even less of Lee now. He knew these docs were coming out and the accusations his sister was making. I don't believe KC, no good reason to, but she is sure making it tough for her family to stand behind her!! If not true, she has done a HUGE injustice to both her dad and her brother. Maybe, hopefully, that will be the straw that breaks one of their backs and they start manning up with the truth.

I read the docs posted on cfnews13.com and despite what's being reported in the media, the google searches (see below pic) do NOT indicate that a search was done with both "shovel" and "neck breaking" in the same search. It shows different searches. "Neck Breaking" (or is it Neck Breakers?) is a local Orlando band. I've googled all kinds of local bands. I don't know why she'd need to learn about a shovel. I wonder if it was an "image" search. I do so many image searches to print and decorate things, or include them in a post where I'm talking in a forum or whatever. Not that shovel is something I recall searching.

What I found more interesting is that Anthony Lazzaro says he was the one that pried open the door to get the gas cans out of George Anthony's shed. Maybe you all knew that before. I didn't realize that.

Just maybe.... Ok maybe casey was raped by using the chorloform and almost died. she did have that seizure! I am sure she has put herself in bad places and the wrong times. Maybe she didn't feel safe, so she was looking up self defense on it. Just throwing it out there.

so according to what I read GA is a loser, hardly works, CA carries the whole load of bills.......on a nurses salary??? I can see her with house, car and groceries but all KC's bills and Caylee getting older with more needs.............CA was/is at her wits end...........the fight that night had to start out with the financial part of everything.....the stealing,maybe tickets to PRico, friends in and out, KC staying nights on end out with Caylee.......IMO, I can see a huge fight that night.........and it was the 15th Father's day night.........wow! Family and friends, neighbors, knew and know what the history was with GA/CA/KC (no mention of LA) look where it all is now.............

I just want to state that while LP does seem to spin theories and put them out there as "truths", many of the scenarios he's put forth on NG (like about CA choking Casey) are right here in this document dump. There are like 4 "revelations" that we heard first from LP.

You're right, but he's known all this stuff for months, yet he doles it out to us one tiny, tantalizing morsel at a time. I realize he likes appearing on NG, and that's why he doles out his knowledge so sparingly--and there's nothing wrong with that! It's just that at times I sorta feel like I'm being treated like a chump.

Other than that, I enjoy LP; I think he's fascinating particularly when you consider that he's 70! So this is NOT, repeat NOT, a putdown. I guess if I feel like a chump, it's my fault, not his.
