New Letter from Prisoner to Judge Released 1-2010

Our Casey is a true intrepid soul....after having her shirt and shorts 'forcefully snatched off' .....as she grabbed her clothes in a desperate attempt to save her Virginia from violation, she managed to grab $25K and a kilo of cocaine and make her escape!!

This is the plot for the new Indiana Jones flick, right? Or ....... I guess this would be Virginia Jones.....

The one in the earlier post only has about half of it and left out the punch.
Sometimes I find new things. I have tried to come up with a theory how this could happen. This is the best I've seen so far and it has to be by a very uneducated person. Because there are so many things that are related to the case in this letter. I think this should be looked into. I do agree that this is probably someone who is just looking for fame (but who is it)? , but if a person could just put the trunk evidence (which is questionable) aside for a second, this story seems to make sense.

hroark, too bad the map didnt come through. None of those hotels are anywhere near downtown Orlando. They are all in the tourist area (which is way southwest of Orlando) or by the airport (which is southeast)

Actually, there is a Hilton Garden Inn downtown near Lake Eola but I don't believe this so-called letter from a prisoner anyway. It doesn't make any sense at all that this 'prisoner' managed to get this very lengthy and imaginative story from someone but couldn't bother to get the person's real name. This has "dirty defense trick" written all over it in my opinion. :snooty:

Ya know for a convict (with really bad spelling), he truly is articulate. I mean that. His thoughts are very well laid out and put in a tidy, chronological order which set my hinky meter off.

Anyone can cherry pick known facts and weave them into a tale. What makes this seem the slightest bit credible to you, to examine further? Please feel free to spend hours on it and share your research on how it fits the rest of the discovery and known case, not addressed.

KC was stealing from Amy yet had $25,000 stashed? She could not afford gas and had to take time to steal it? A druggie packaged Caylee in a bag with her Pooh blanket and toys?

Exactly... but the topper for me (when I quit reading but went back later) was the detailed description of this alleged rape. I mean.... c'mon. True signature of a lie right there.

Personally, I think you are proving the point that 100% of this letter can be attributed to other sources...meaning, there is nothing new here that has not been reported someplace else.

Now, from my perspective, there is not one single thing compelling enough about this woman that she would draw this kind of heat-if her child was murdered because she stole coke and wouldnt give up her virginia, I seriously do not believe for one second she would "take one for the team" and continue to stay behind bars to protect the rest of her family. There is not one thing-not one single bit of anything that has ever been reported regarding Casey Anthony that indicates she cares sufficiently for her family that she would sacrifice herself to keep them alive.

You may be right and it may be some wacko in jail with nothing but time.

But in my mind it is totally very possible that she would steal drugs, get involved with druggies, and get her butt in a sling. Smart she is not.
However I do believe she is mentally deranged in some way. Now this I do know about mental & emotional problems; While they may be abusive to their family, if someone was to threaten the family they would have a reaction. I know it not from reading, but from experience.

I also believe that if they do follow the money - who is paying for all this, something will fall out of somewhere that is hooked up to dirty money. MOO
I would not discount it completely that is all I am saying. What is strange is he knew this guys partners name is Krunk (whom he never did meet, but remembered his name) but he has no idea what the guy's name is at all. hmmm...

It's a carbon copy of all the "naysayers" if you ask me.
Let's see...it's incorporated a lot of the theories I've seen here...the "cartel", the kidnapping for payback, Kronk as the perpetrator, potential harm for family. The attempted rape is new, though...ha! Isn't that rich?

Yes. Why did someone decide to hand write 5 pages of fiction weaving together the pet theories out there and send it to the Judge anonymously? [unless the name was removed]

This is all hearsay from another criminal yet has so much detail for a happenstance meeting and conversation.

Sounds an awful lot like someone trying to use the Florida Sunshine Laws to float another SODDI theory out via the media to the general public to enhance and build upon the prior RK theory.

This is like the SP case and I am sure the Defense will leverage this letter as part of their strategy towards reasonable doubt. Hmmmmmmm?

Wondering if the judge took this prisoner inside his chambers, with no script to read from,(or anyone telling him what to write) if this prisoner could actually TELL this story. From start to finish. No cheat sheets. My guess is , a scratch on the head and a big," UMMM ehhhh and finally HUH?

OK guys I know I do not always have the most popular say....
Early in the case I was here daily. this summer I stopped and just read. Because it is rehash and lies.
The most info on this case we had by the end of the Summer. JMHO

BUT does anyone remember that early on in this case, perhaps a couple of days after she left home with Caylee; Some of you offered up some information that KC was seen at the parking lot of some Hotel looking frantic????
I don't know where to go look, but it is here somewhere.

also early on and I did post it; one of my thoughts were that KC got involved with some drug dealers and Caylee paid the piper.
OK so this guy does not have all the pieces right, but I think it is very possible that he is on to something.

I am still not 100% convinced that KC did the deed with murder intent....I am 150% convinced that she is responsible.

I thought LP kept that going.

I say it should be examined too. While it may be a good script for a movie, so is the rest of this entire saga.
I am sure the state has seen this letter too.
I only have one issue I can think of - he knew the guys partners name is Krunk but he has no clue
what the guys name is at all.
