Now I'm totally confused. Judge S is on the murder/DP case
Judge Rodriguez (sp?) is on the civil ZG case.
Where did Judge Evans come from?

An inmate who had already mailed a letter to the clerk of courts claiming he knew who killed Caylee Anthony also sent a letter to a judge involved in the case (read letter).

The letter, like the previous one (read previous letter), claims that the inmate, Jerry Jackson, is "a very close friend" of the person who killed Caylee Anthony.

also
It was addressed to "Judge Evans," who is likely Judge Robert Evans. Evans is the judge who signed a court order to obtain Casey's cell phone records.

Good grief Charlie Brown!

 Now the killer is a very close friend of his. The killer was just released from prison...

He writes Casey Anthony did not kill her daughter then in the sentence that follows he writes He does not know if Casey played a part in the murder :banghead:

This guy must be lonely for a pen pal

Amazing, isn't it? That a guy like this (with his mental situation) can get a letter delivered thru to the judge, but Casey and the A's can't get their letters thru to each other! LOL! Sorry, that just struck me as comical for some reason.

Very lonely...I'd say there might be some minor credibility issues with this convicted felon along with his history of mental illness...but, Jose better check him out anyway, could be the break the defense has been waiting for. I would pay money to see the defense call this guy to the stand to provide this "exculpatory evidence" pointing to Casey's innocence. You know some of these inmates will do anything to get a trip to county just to escape from the prison environment for a while...not that this is this guys motive, just saying.

Maybe she thinks Judge S is being mean to her, so she's asking Judge E to take over her case.
Yep, just like when Jeff Ashton got "mad" because she refused to take a plea deal for a crime that she DID NOT commit. So many injustices have been commited against this poor woman...that alone should get her off....sarcasm intended.
