New Search Warrants in Holly Bobo case 28 February 2014 #1

This states that BA (Zach's grandmother) was a long-time, civic-minded, and well-respected community member which may be why so difficult in a small town.

We all know affluenza is alive and well especially in small towns. So I am not the least bit surprised that no one is talking but maybe they are talking to LE and that is what really matters.

What I find most interesting is no one really seems shocked that they are searching ZAs property.

It makes me think some in that community have suspected him all along.

I have had to send this several times and keep losing it...so it's a condensed version. This has been nagging me too. Per the obituary, grandmother had other grandchildren. Grandfather is still alive. Mom is alive. So why did she leave the property to him, if she did? I would understand if she didn't have other grandchildren and her husband was deceased and the guy didn't have parents. I will go back and look at grandma's obituary (found at Find a Grave) and see if she was maternal or paternal. I'm not sure as I write this. Maybe I'm missing something, but at this point with what I know...I don't get it. This is if grandma left it for him. Maybe dad is deceased and he left it for him? Pure speculation. I will go and look some more. The first time that I wrote this was much better...I'm frustrated now

So through the obituaries (Find a Grave) I found that ZA's dad died in 2003. He was young. On the headstone it has ZA and one other sibling from this man. The property wasn't obtained until 2012. So, I'm not sure.

Please stop posting about the family here. If you want to make notes and keep them in your back pocket, that's your right. If you want to post about properties that the suspect had access to and that perhaps Holly might be found in those areas, that's allowed here.

The posts about the family's personal lives and history must end.

Imo, the TBI's antiquated Silence investigative strategy and lack of a media management strategy only results in innocent victim's lives lost and mounting cold cases. The TBI is squandering their most valuable investigative resource; The American public, imo.. This is the age of communication, not the 1970s..

Why have a PIO, or press conference if the only response is; 'I am sorry we can't answer that question due to the continuing investigation'...

But it isn't just the TBI. Every law enforcement agency in the country, even the FBI, never divulges any information as long as the investigation is ongoing and when a suspect hasn't been named or arrested.

The standard answer is always the same: 'I am sorry we can't answer that question due to the continuing investigation'...

And I don't believe Holly traveled far once she was kidnapped. So it would be locals who would help solve her case and I pray some of them are now talking to LE. Maybe they talked to them earlier on in the case but there was nothing back then to prove what they said was credible. Just may have been a gut feeling about someone and LE needs credible and solid evidence.

Something has changed last week. For a SW to be this involved and large in scope LE finally got what they need to get a Judge to sign off on probable cause SWs.

Could the one or ones involved have broken up with their spouse or girlfriend and because of that... they feel they can now talk about what they know? It sure has happened in other cold cases in the past.

I remember seeing one on A&E and this woman was right there when a man killed another woman but out of fear she didn't tell anyone for 26 years and only did so when she knew she was out of harm's way of the suspect.

Because something big had to spark this humongous search that is going on it makes me wonder if whomever broke in turned over what they found inside of his home. They could have even done it anonymously and told LE they would leave it some place where they could find it.

I even remember a case where a burglar broke into a home and then found child porn and turned it over to LE. They were given a sweet plea deal for doing so.

Also could LE have found the person or persons who broke into ZAs house and to get a better plea they told LE about something they discovered while in the home.

Just things I wonder about.

Something sparked this SW that is for certain.

Have they discussed details of ZA's arrest and charges? Maybe ZA found the person who robbed him and then he ratted ZA out to save his own skin.

I've watched quite a few crime documentaries on cable, like Forensics Files. There's been a couple of times when LE is being interviewed and they've mentioned how the public didn't know this or that and there's been a logical explanation.

The last thing any of us would want is that if they released some information that down the road a defense attorney would be able to use to their advantage. :yow:

Oh I am so sorry. I was leaving their names out thinking it was okay for that reason...I was just trying to find out if something sinister may be going on or if he inherited three properties and that he has three properties in which Holly could be on...no harm intended.

I'm fairly new to this thread, but it sounds to me that ZA pretty much has a "schoolyard bully" kind of reputation in the area. Does anyone know if it is from previous recorder bad acts? Or is from just being crazy? And I don't mean that kind of crazy, just more "unpredictable" . JMO's

I don't remember ever hearing about this creepy Zach character before. What was his relationship to Holly? Friends? Was he a family friend, maybe a friend of her brother's?
