"I have NO information which could could NEITHER help NOR hinder in this investigation."

Double negatives equals a positive... :waitasec:

Just sayin'.....:dunno:

:ditto:

It says Warren county. Is that where she was arrested? If so, is that close to Parsons? My mind is wandering :scared:
Warren County, Kentucky.

I thought I read he was moved from Decatur jail to Chester county jail. Why would they transfer him?

And if it's Warren Co KY, Bowling Green, the county seat, is 165 miles E/NE of Darden TN.

That is a triple negative....so....um...Give me a moment while I refer to my college lexicon for rules and regulations regarding numerous negatives in one sentence.

Neither/nor not actually a double negative, the English teacher in me is at needs to express.

She should have just said:
"Hey y'all....I ain't got nothin' that's gonna help ya either way...know what I mean? I mean, I'm just, ya know, the girlfriend. Now y'all will have to excuse me while I wait for my ride to the county jail. Thank y'all....k?"

Completely underimpressed with the heaviness level of the cast of characters at present. Even for a small town I find them wanting in gravitas. Surely there's something worse to come, and the answer will lie therein?

Well, sadly, most of them probably will be on our dime as public defenders, and Zach's grandpa might chunk him under the bus at this point. I think I would.

Personally, I'm more than happy for us to foot the bill as taxpayers for their lawyers if that means that we get to see whomever is responsible (whether them or someone else) face justice.

SERIOUSLY? I was sitting here as a grammar-nazi thinking about how idiotic that sentence sounded and what poor grammar she must have.

Now my grammar takes a back seat to these folks...:banghead::blushing:

Well with a kidnapping involving camo in the woods of TN it usually isn't the literati of the town involved. #justsayin :twocents: If these were good people they wouldn't be jail or fighting over the town loser.

What this case reminds me of right now is the missing child in Maine - Ayla Reynolds - in which all the family members starting covering up for each other and trying to cast the blame elsewhere. And that one is still unsolved, I believe. Most of it still makes no sense but that's how these things play out.

Good call on the Ayla Reynolds comparison -- reminds very much of that milieu.

Not looking for literati -- looking for those of even a more reduced moral code than I see on evidence here currently.

Ah - you could be right. There are rumors of other people involved. And yes, they could be worse! Somebody is the mastermind of what happened to Holly.

On the other hand, maybe we just don't know the worst about the players. There may just be some denial going on with these women and ZA.

They apparently searched the property before but probably didn't have enough evidence to execute search warrants. Was the assault what finally gave them enough to get search warrants? If not, what?

as you say this property has been searched before and until we see copies of these latest warrants we won't know if le needed probable cause or if the property owner waived that right and gave le his consent to draw up the search warrants for his properties.

and as no one has ever been named a suspect in holly's case -hopefully having her case in the news this past week will somehow bring in the one tip we need to find her and the person responsible for her disappearance.
