No, the 26th. I just think it's possible that no one noticed the car being there from 11 am on the 26th. until the employee noticed it at 7 am on the 27th.

Now I'm really confused, I thought Tony picked her up on the 27th? LOL! I think I'm going crazy :crazy:.

I really think it was the 27th that Tony picked her up. That coincides with her "two Fridays in a row" statement.

I'm glad to have it out of my mind that she may have had the body in the car immediately prior to ditching it. It is much more logical to think that the body was only in the car from the 16th to maybe, the 22nd. It could have even been for as short a time as the 17th to the 21st. It's much more likely because I could never imagine her driving around in that car for ten days with a dead body in the trunk.

Are there any pictures of the car? Does it have bumper stickers? What kind of marking do you think the woman meant? All the pictures of the car I have seen have the trunk open and I don't remember seeing bumper stickers, but wasn't looking for them either.

It sounded odd to me too. That's why I wondered if she was with someone else early that morning or the night before. I'm puzzled at the 4 hour time gap from ditching the car and Tony picking her up.

It makes me believe she ditched the car on the 27th since she said it was 2 Friday's in a row that she ran out of gas.

Which is why I think it is much more logical to conclude that the car was abandoned on the 26th, especially since we have no testimony from anyone that says they gave her a ride that day to the grocery store or to her parents house to steal food.

I'ts possible. She is a very sneaky and devious one for sure. Maybe she just killed time until she called Tony not wanting to call attention to herself.....maybe she ran out of gas at a bizarre time of day and went shopping until she decided it was an okay time to call Tony.

She lied to everyone all of the time about where she was and who she was with including Tony.

I don't think anyone has been able to reconcile the Amcot worker's 7 am timeline in all of this. It would mean that someone had to pick Casey up and take her home or somewhere if the food in the bag was still frozen when AL picked her up.

I have always thought that Casey had to go to someone's house/apartment to get showered and cleaned up, as well as composed enough to be able to face Tony and that is why the 4 hour gap.

She had to have reeked of Decomp. That is why she was already out of the car for Tony to pick her up.

I have always thought that someone she knows that lives close by is where she went to shower and clean up. Then probably take a Zanny aka Xanax to calm down enough to face anyone.

Right. And I forgot this but Tony already stated that the food was not from a store but rather it was from her parents house.

So what is up with that dead period of time? How close is her house to the Amscott? Could she have walked?

It is logical to think it was abandoned on the 26th. Didn't she stay at Tony's on the night of the 25th and 26th?

No, no....all I'm saying is I think LP assumed the body was ditched on the 26th. I don't think the body was in the trunk even on the 24th when she stopped by the house. (When GA asked for the items in the trunk). I suspect the body was gotten rid of the 21st or 22nd.

LP is basing that on the woman seeing the car at 7 a.m. and had not noticed it the evening before when she closed. I do remember him saying it could have been left there late on the 26th to the very early hours on the 27th, before 7:00.

I think it is in Casey's best interest to come clean if she wants to save herself from the death penalty. Baez is probably going to hold out and wait for the official charges and then say, "we'll take you to the body if you reduce the charges on my client to involuntary manslaughter" The states attorney will most likely not deal this late in the game, body or not. They have an overwhelming amount of circumstantial evidence to put her away for life without parole.

Remember the day Westerfield was charged with Danielle Van Dam's murder? Feldman (attorney) met with the DA to bargain, and the DA told him to pound sand!!! Coincidently......Danielle's little body was found on that same day.

Caylee is now Casey's bargaining chip. :behindbar

Absolutely. LE had been trying to get Westerfield to give them the location of Danielle's body, but by the time he was ready to spill it was too late- she'd been found already.

Although I want this baby's remains found asap, I think the same thing is going to happen to KC.

Maybe I am missing something but I looked at her cell log and I see activity on her phone for both the 21st and 22nd.

These dates are on pg 73, 74, 75 of the phone records - she was using it the same amont as usual from what i can see..

The pictures of the car at CSI only show the front since they have it backed in. I don't remember ever seeing the back of her car.

Casey told Amy about the smell in the car on the 25th. She also mentions to Amy about the squirrels on the frame and a definite smell on the 27th.
