It was July 15th at around 9-9:30am.

So if she'd told him on June 20th that she was trying to get back in shape, then it would be no surprise for him to think he saw her running on July 15th.

I wonder what exactly she was doing on June 20th.

On this day, Friday, June 20th:
Casey runs out of gas.
Casey and Tony went to the A's to steal gas cans.
BB saw Casey back into the garage the third time.

Was it LE's or Yuri's inventory of the car? Or the tow yard? I believe Yuri looked through the windows of the car and took a mental / written inventory of what was in it...that is also when he noted the scratches on the trunk.

I believe that he and JB had a professional falling-out and that he is no longer on the case, as he has not been seen or heard from in over a month.

I have wondered about him too. He seemed very professional, unlike Baez.

I believe this is right - IIRC Tony said she stayed the night of the 26th and got up early and "left him" Then she called later and said she was out of gas.

So - what does early mean to Tony? 5:00; 5:30; 6:00; 6:30ish? And then, what was she doing from 7:00ish to 11:00ish? How was she getting around? Were the freezer pops still frozen?

The lady said she saw the car there when she arrived at work. If she normally gets there at 7:00, but she was late that day for some reason, maybe she didn't get there until 8 or 9:00. Even still there is a period of time where Casey can't be placed.

Someone gave her a ride that morning at some point in time. I don't think Casey would walk far, but maybe someone did live close enough that she could go there?

There was no key recovered with the car. However, I do agree it was due to smell and she hoped it would be stolen. She never told her parents it was there or that it was out of gas either (that we have ever heard)...so how did GA know to take a gas can with him to the tow yard on the 30th?! This always bothered me, too.

If I read correctly, not only did GA take the gas can to the tow yard, but apparently he took it to the car. I don't see any mention that they went to the car and he want back to the tow yard's parking lot where his car would have been to retrieve a gas can. Its one thing to take a gas can in case, but to be so sure that it would be needed and to carry it in the tow yard is another IMHO

See! I find this highly suspicious of their claim they had no idea the car had been towed and had not discussed it with Casey at all. Puts a serious chink in their armor if you ask me!

Yes, we are. My only intention of this was to try and bring to light a possible day of this sighting to coordinate with which day Casey could have dumped Caylee. Her whereabouts during this week is important to me.

And... it's kinda sporadic with the topic being listed for 2 different things.

I think you are right. IIRC (would you have ever dreamed they would have published so much information you would get confused) she pulled just in the driveway and they were going thru the garage to her car and she ran ahead of him an shoved them at him as he was standing at the garage door.

Don't quote me on that, but I think that's what happened. She was trying to keep him away from the car; therefore the smell was already there. If she was going to give him the gas cans, why not save herself some trouble and just let him get them? She was hiding something.

I believe she killed Caylee right after Casey and her Mom had that fight while in the heat of anger towards her mom. Probably only minutes after the fight happened while the adrenaline was still pumping. But I also think she had already been planning on killing Caylee whenever she started telling her friends about George cheating on her mom.

Does anyone remember when that was? Because I really do feel like she planned on killing them to and started planting seeds in her friends mind that he was a bad person and then possibly believe it was a murder-suicide with G&C.

Maybe if the car did really run out of gas, which the tow driver did say it was out of gas when George tried to start the car, it was really an intervention by God that interfered with her carrying out her plan. Perhaps that is the reason she left Tony's so early, before 7:00.

She was trying to kill them before Cindy had to leave for work.

Again, all this is IMHO.

Right. I for one was trying to figure out which day was the sighting and see if it made sense in light of the day and time the car was abandoned. That is how it started out anyway..:crazy: Still no closer to figuring it out.

I believe she still needed some more money to get a plane ticket to California and she planned to steal that fast and get out of there. When she could not steal it like she thought her plans were delayed long enough for her mother to catch up with her.

I am fairly certain that the Amscot employee reported that Casey's car was there in the parking lot at 7 am. on the 27th. TonE reportedly picked her up from there at 11am on the 26th.

From reading the NG transcripts from last night, the reporter says the tipster sighted the car as she was "leaving work" sometime between the 20th and 28th. Unless the tipster works the grave yard shift, I would have to assume the sighting took place in the late afternoon, 5 or 6ish.

I'm just catching up from yesterday; slow process. But thank you for clarifying the dates and times; that's pretty much what I recalled from the interview.
