I am not convinced the car was out of gas either. You don't leave a car out of gas if you want it stolen. I think she dumped the car unlocked by the dumpster because of the smell and close to the street to be stolen. I am betting the key was in the purse or in the car somewhere too.

Next issue for me is WHY would GA put gas in the car BEFORE he took it unless he had talked to KC which he claimed he had not? I am still leaning toward GA helping KC in this after the fact.

She told Tony it was torn up - NOT out of gas and that her dad would pick it up, but he said she never told him anything. I believe she was trying to get rid of it by leaving it for someone to steal.

We will know near enough to consider it truth tho. I don't think she is scared to own up to them. I think she is a spiteful B*tch who refuses to own up to them because it is causing turmoil exactly where she intended there to be. There is a difference. (The only exception is with AL and she did not want to include him in that spite...altho I bet she does now!)

The shower at Jesses was on the 1st july... She arrives at 10.39am- he knows this because she called him when she got there for him to open the door. but she looks well groomed. she has a bag with her which looked like it had clothes in it. She leaves his place around midday.

This is in the last document dump. She was asking about and looking for gas cans the entire time is was at the Amscot. I just think that she didn't get back to it on time and that when she finally did, it was gone - it had been towed.

There was no key recovered with the car. However, I do agree it was due to smell and she hoped it would be stolen. She never told her parents it was there or that it was out of gas either (that we have ever heard)...so how did GA know to take a gas can with him to the tow yard on the 30th?! This always bothered me, too.

KC sure seemed to want gas cans. Couldn't get them from JG; Amy finally bought them for her. Too late, the car was towed.

The tow yard manager appeared to just repeating what GA told him. He had not tried to start it.

And IIRC Amy brought them to her on another occasion, not those dates.

It makes me sick to my stomach to think that JB has all the information that is needed to bring sweet angel Caylee to her resting place and to be given a proper burial ... and instead he is choosing to protect this gutless, pathological lying murderer Casey ... for what I ask you? I am just sitting here shaking my head .....

And I am also firm in my opinion that the rest of the Anthony family also knows!!! Shame on all of them!!!

I guess he is doing what he is paid to do.

Thanks Butwhatif! That is why I didn't leave it in my brain clutter...because I don't think that after June 27th is relevant to Caylee being in the picture anymore. She was already gone and had been disposed of.

I don't understand that either. Wouldn't Tony have noticed that she didn't have her car the night before? If Amscot wasn't that far away, she may have walked from Tony's back to her car, but I keep thinking someone else isn't stepping forward here. Was she with someone?

Though I shudder at the thought, I'm beginning to wonder several things:

1. We know the cadaver dogs hit in the A's back yard. This says to me that either caylee was there or there was something such as clothing that was permeated with the cadaver odor. Since Caylee was never seen at the house, nor, I believe by anyone else after the 16th, can we assume that Caylee was deceased by the 17th?

2. We also know that Casey pulled into the garage on the 24th when George was present. There did not appear to be any odor then, or surely he would have noticed it. BUT, she was extremely nervous about him viewing the trunk. This suggests to me that perhaps Caylee was stored in some sort of container with a preservative such as ice, dry ice, or chloroform?

3. By the time the car was towed the odor was horrendous. Is it possible that between the 24th and the 27th, the preservative melted or was rendered ineffective, thus permeating the trunk with cadaver ordor, and KC was forced to dispose of the body immediately, and then abandon the car?

4. If so, that only leaves a few days when Caylee's body could have been disposed of, and her locations during these days would be vital.

I apologize if this has already been discussed, but am curious what others think.

If I were writing it, I would have her bludgeoned with a shovel in the head and carried her around in a duffel bag for weeks then fed to the alligators.

I was just about to run through the timeline to try and pinpoint an approximate time she may have been spotted in this median and found something in my notes that struck me odd.

Wasn't it in Chris's interview that he thought he saw Casey jogging and texted her but she said it wasn't her? Does anyone know right offhand what day that was?

I cannot say how I'd end the movie cause I'd end up banned again but it would involve a very very nasty end for our little princess

Hmm...Naive isn't a word usually used to describe me.

Casey doesn't experience normal fear like other people. She is defiant. She is narcissistic. She is still in control in her mind. Casey is not scared.

I agree that she was planning to come back to the car. I don't think that it smelled at that point because I think the decomp fluids had just spilled in the trunk that day. I think she killed Caylee on the 16th and stored her body in a cool place (maybe at AH storage bldg) or even on ice until the day she left her car at Amscot. If she had kept the body cold or on dry ice the decomp rate would have been rapid after it warmed up. I think she kept her in a plastic container until she dumped the body and then dumped the container in a different location. My Theory

When George tried to start it in the tow lot it wouldnt turn over IIRC. He put the gas in and it started.
